For the price its the best. Other then not having adility to add more memory its great

I had ordered refurbished and was worried what condition would it be like, but I am very glad that I got it just like new. Can't tell a difference. Great product/value. One should buy it.

This tablet is a waste of money, we bought ours end of December and the charging pin fell out 2 months later in February. We figured it was a manufacturers defect so we sent it in to Samsung; Samsung coded it as damage inflicted by the consumer and that we would have to pay an additional $!50 to get it fixed. There is not a scratch on the tablet and we barely used it. So we called back in to explain what had happened the customer service representative told us that they have received a lot of calls about the same issue and recommended we file a complaint, hence, we did. When Samsung contacted us again they told us that because the service center has coded it as damage inflicted by the consumer there was nothing they could do about it. So here we are reluctantly sending the tablet in to get fixed for $150. However, this is the last time I will ever be buying a Samsung product and I highly don’t recommend them. Your better off buying a tablet from another company that has a reputable customer service, I don’t know like apple for instance.But if you do decide to buy this tablet then get it from best buy and make sure to get best buys warranty.
