The refurbished unit with HDMI cable is a great value. Shipping was fast and so far, I have no problems with playing DVDs or Blu-Rays. Picture quality is great and speed is normal.

Initially I was skeptical to buy the product because of the tag ''Refurbished". But I was wrong. This product is great and worth the money it is paid for.

works great for Blu ray discs.....but regular DVD's don't load correctly. Usually gets stuck at the FBI screen or the preview section of a disc never advances....and no its not the unit I have. I have 2 of these things and they both do the same thing...I have given up wishing for a firmware update and have just decided to go back to PANASONIC for my electronics. They have always worked great for me and not really sure why I went away from them.

The ad clearly states “WiFi ready” This unit, although I like it, I will be returning it because it is not WiFi ready. A WiFi card must be purchased and installed for the WiFi to work.

Everything works fine EXCEPT the wireless port. When setting up, worked inadvertently, then stopped all together. Also had several other names on it for wireless in set up, which I believe, tells me why it was refurbished and probably more than once. The clincher here, I just picked up the wireless router today, but it's also too late to return the player. 31 days!!! I'll never buy anything refurbished again from BB. I want to give it no stars! Especially after the money I spent today at BB on the router and adapters, which by the way, does work great with my computer.

Need more instructions. Great product. it goes well with my Samsung TV

If you are looking to extensively use the extra features this player has to offer then you will be very disappointed by its ease of use and lag. The device is annoyingly slow. It also attempts to be intelligent by using the HDMI cable to turn itself on or off depending on what the TV is doing.

I am unable to add the HULU app for this product because it was not available when I purchased it and is not available on this model per Samsung tech support. I can not understand how it can not have a way to update apps that are available as new services become available. I purchased this in September and already have to replace it to use Hulu instantly on my tv. I expect a product to be relevant for longer that 6 months.

I tried this route to save a couple bucks. Product was as described; however, after 5 minutes for disc play, the picture froze and from that point on I was not able to load a disc. I returned the unit to the local store and received a store credit for the full purchase price. I will now use that to purchase a new model.

After several months, when I play Blue Ray DVD is always freezes during the movies....However the movies play fine on my other 3 Blue Ray Players. I thought it was my disk, but it is just the player
