We really love this new fridge. Ice maker and water dispenser are wonderful. The easy access door allows us to reach most used items such as milk and juice. The led lighting is awesome and fully illuminates the fridge. We use the counter level pull out drawer for things we access more such as take home and cheese, jelly and the like. The freezer is just the right size and easy to access.

Comfort, great luck, convenient...but keep out of any object that can damage the fragil metal of doors and draws.

Love this refrigerator never had any problems very big room for everything this is a must have many drawers two freezers in side so much space

have had this fridge for about 2 months and so far we love it! my wife and i purchased it on sale at a great price from Best Buy before we moved into our new house. visually it looks great! it also has lots of space and the door in door feature is great, I almost never use the main doors my wife does though. if I had to search for a complaint it would be that there is about a 1-2 second pause from when you hit the ice lever and when the ice begins to fall out. almost as if it takes the fridge a second or two to process the request for ice. other than that, love it so far!

This fridge it's to big for outside. But it's too small for inside.

Really like the space and layout. The deli drawer is really nice. Love the bottom freezer. Love the door-in-door. Two negatives that just take some getting used to. Ice is slow to distribute and is quite soft (doesn't last long). Haven't had issues like others with ice production, always plenty. Second is just figuring out organization in the fridge itself because the doors, even as big as they are, don't hold much. Ice maker takes a lot of space so lots of things you would typically put in the door end up on a shelf.

We've only had this for a few weeks, and it seems great. My only issue is with the ice dispenser. For the price, I thought it would perform better. The ice dispenses slowly and it's a bit of a mess. I'm not sure it is a deal breaker, but it needs to be improved. Otherwise, it has the room we need and I love the deli drawer. My kids keep their snacks and lunch stuff in there so they feel like it's their own space. Of course, we only know how good a fridge is if it is still working in a few years!

I love this refrigerator! There is a good amount of room for food. I find I buy less at the grocery store because I can now actually see what I have in there!! Before it was all crammed in and I did not see it. I did need to adjust my organizing with the door shelves as they are different sizes than my old refrig, But this is not a negative. Change is good and I find that I keep my most used items on the side and there is still space on on the shelves for the items that are used less frequently. My husband loves the door in the door option and I will admit it has also won me over. Ice cube maker is small but I put a container in the top shelf of the freezer and I keep an extra supply there. We are very happy with this refrigerator model.

I have only had the refrigerator for about a month but so far so good. Plenty of room and looks great. Ice maker is a little slow and cleaning fingerprints is annoying but overall I would buy it again.

Ok, so it took me awhile to get the French Door fridge I wanted. I looked at a lot of models and this one won me over by its design and the fact that the middle drawer was installed separately. This fridge keeps the food fresh for much longer which is a big plus. The only minus is that a year later, the ice maker stopped working because something inside got frozen. Thanks to the Geek Squad protection plan we are getting it fixed. So if you dont use a lot of ice, turn the function off once in awhile. There are no other problems with it. Its a very convenient and practical model.

Best Buy delivered and installed my new appliance. Techs were professional and friendly. Refrigerator had very high marks from Consumer Reports. This product exceeds my expectations. Runs quiet. Easy to clean. Easy access to controls for refrigerator and freezer section. Easy access to foods in either section.

I love the fridge! Spacious, bright, and love the refrigerated drawer! I purchased this as an open box. It was a great deal and a lot off the standard price for just a couple of very small, unnoticeable, dings/dents. When in store, I noticed the doors were not level. The salesman INSURED this would be fixed/adjusted at time of delivery. Of course once the installers were finished, I checked the level of the doors ---and they were still off---The right being lower than the left. The installer said he adjusted as much as he could, and it not level was because a piece called the "Shim Hinge" was missing. He stated there was nothing they could do about it since it was "out of box" item. He said I could go to any general hardware store to find a the piece. I have been to lowes and home depot --- no such luck. My next stop will be the Samsung website to see if I can find it there. Just frustrating the time I'm spending trying to track down this little piece after the salesman insured it would be taken care of. I have to say the 3 delivery/install guys were all AMAZING and went above and beyond to not scratch or damage anything during the install, and they did the best they could to adjust the doors. Not to mention, getting situated in a new house...I was not used to the driveway. I ended up overcorrecting when trying to park and my tire came off of an 1 foot drop off. One of the installers went out of his way to help me get my car back on the driveway...which was a task. Good thing he had big muscles! Either way - overall pleased with the fridge itself and the install/delivery! Just wish I could get this one little missing piece to complete the purchase and be completely satisfied.

Our Samsung BIG Fridge was delivered on July 1, 2015. The Best Buy guys who delivered it were very friendly and knowledgeable about the fridge. They had to remove the doors in order to get it into the house but didn't seem to mind one bit. I had done my research and had been reading reviews and checking sale prices for several weeks. I had decided I wanted the French style with the middle drawer but also wanted the quick grab access through the door without letting out all the cold air. This particular model was one of the few that offered both accessories, AND also included ice and water through the door. So far I have no complaints. It is a little loud when it drops the ice but it isn't startling. It sounds like ice dropping into a plastic bucket, duh, because it is ice dropping into a plastic bucket. lol I do have a huge kitchen and the wall is very well insulated. There is a little condensation between the doors but from other reviews I expected it. I just wipe it out periodically. The ice maker keeps up with me and my husband just fine. As far as keeping the outside stainless steel appeal shining I bought the Weizmann Wipes and wipe it down when I see a hand print. Apparently my husband likes to touch the shiny ridge... ha! After the wipes I just wipe it with a dry cloth. I love this fridge. It is definitely a conversation piece and I would purchase it again. I love Samsung products and I love the friendly and competent service provided by Best Buy!

Love the space, lighting and flexibility to accommodate many different foods and storage. Wish the Ice maker would dispense quicker and make a larger quantity. No easy access to ice bin manually -ice seems to be only dispensed thru the door . Do really like the door in door feature way more than I thought.

This is a great refrigerator featuring 3 door with power cool. Pretty quiet and impressive look. Get our stainless steel cleaner as you will need it to wipe off the finger prints. The water dispenser when new will drip for about a week coz of the air trapped, it eventually stops. Great buy.

However, aside from the door there really isn't anywhere to store tall items unless you flip up the top, left shelf. You can move some of the adjustable shelves but if you do so, you would waste a lot of the space that it has. Initially, the ice machine wasn't producing ice. Read the manual and it states to wait 24 hours to cool down, then a few other steps. Follow those steps and you shouldn't have a problem. Other than that, this is an awesome refrigerator.

We had just started looking for new refrigerators before the Memorial days sales and while we hadn't quite been planning on pulling the trigger yet with the great prices we felt like we couldn't resist. After comparing the features from lots of different models and brands we decided on this one, it had pretty much everything that we wanted. The drawer that could be set to a few different temperatures was certainly one of the primary selling points, It is the perfect size, just tall enough to fit cans of soda(or beer) into, or can be set cold enough to keep things frozen if we were having a party. We also liked the split open right door so that we could more easily access some of our more common items without needing to open the whole frig. Being able to quickly fold several shelves out of the way if you are trying to squeeze something large in is also a plus. The only thing that I wish it had that it doesn't is a a larger ice reservoir, for our normal day to day needs it will do fine keeping up with us, but for a party we will need to buy ice as it is rather small and it is a pain to get out and dump into another container. One thing that anyone looking at this unit should be aware of is that it is actually about 1/4" wider than it is supposed to be. This is due to the plastic vents that were added this year(according to our delivery guy). This made it so that it didn't fit into the 36" opening without removing the plastic vents that protruded from both sides. If you are just putting this unit into a corner it won't really affect you, but if you have a 36" wide opening(standard for refrigerators) between cabinets like we do, it likely won't fit without taking them off(they clearly don't need to be there as it vents out the rear just fine) These couple of issues certainly wouldn't make me not recommend this to someone, just be aware of these issues

Once set up, the water/ice maker did not function. Contacted Samsung online to find out if a filter was necessary (there was not one included), and was informed it should work. DW delivery fellows also checked and were told we should not need a filter. Scheduled a GEEK Squad repair. Filter installed - now works fine. Service tech recommended the GEEK Squad service agreement (which we went back and did) because of the expense of repair without it. All is well except.....the ice keeps reverting to crushed after several hours being set to cubed. And we have to make sure the refrigerator doors and drawer fully close (have found them partially open several times); the top tray in the freezer does not glide easily. Love the refrigerator drawer and the refrigerator overall. The real test will down 3, 5, 8 years down the road.

This Samsung refrigerator is so roomy. We have had it for over a month and it's perfect for us. I got it on sale from Best Buy which makes it even nicer. I like the middle drawer with adjustable temp setting. The ice maker doesn't hold a bunch of ice but it makes it very fast. We've never run out yet. Measure your space very well because it's a big refrigerator. Also this is the first time we have had a drawer freezer. I really like it. I can find stuff faster than our old side by side.

Our old refrigerator of 18 years finally died and got this new one. I absolutely love it! The frig is very spacious, the ice maker is in a good spot to not take up extra room. I love the middle drawer for quick snacks and separating food. The crisper drawers work great and seem to keep the vegetables fresher longer. The bottom freezer has a tray for smaller items you can push out of the way to then get to the bottom portion of the freezer that is separated in two. This is very versatile refrigerator and would recommend it in a heartbeat.
