The whole family just loves this family-sized refrigerator. I checked out so many manufacturers' French-door refrigerators and the rest paled in comparison. I caution prospective buyers to measure accurately, including doorways. With all of our measuring we still had to remove the strips from the doorway in order to bring it in the kitchen. Our primary concern was the space where it would sit, so we failed to measure its depth. If you are debating as to whether the higher price for the showcase door or drawer are worth it...the answer is YES. I now don't know what I'd do without these features.

We love our new refrigerator and it is super quiet except when you open the freezer drawer. There is a loud pop/slap sound most of the time you open the drawer. The Geek Squad came out once and determined the cause (a sensor that pops out of the side of the refrig body that gets caught on the opposing sensor on the drawer). He made an adjustment (bent the sensor bracket) and it was gone....until he left when it returned. Have another Geek coming. Hopefully it will get fixed without having to get a whole new unit. (Found others with similar problem online.)

We got this new fridge when we moved into our house and it is phenomenal! Not sure why other people complained about noise, I feel the fridge is quiet and efficient. The door in door feature is the best thing ever and the containers that are there are removable and has been very convenient when you have guests over. Everyone that has seen it has been impressed as am I!! The drink drawer is where all the kids' drinks and snacks are and it is way less stressful to watch them open a drawer to look for what they want versus having them open the fridge and stare while energy gets sucked out of my pocketbook!! ;)

Everything you would expect, performance-wise, in a high end refrigerator. I would have given it a 5 if the ice maker wasn't as noisy as it is.

only had it up and running for a few days, but I love the separate drawer in the middle for the kids, the hidden door wall is great, and the fridge is room with a lot of adjustable shelves to fit everything you could want. The lower freeze unit is new to me and will take some getting used to. With a family of 5 I'm a bit worried that we need a spill over fridge in the garage, but as far as style, features, and price go, I'm very happy with this unit.

I love my new Samsung refrigerator. Especially the thru-the door feature. We put drinks, milk, condiments and butter, stuff we use all the time and it saves opening up the whole fridge. Also love the drawer that you can adjust the temperature on. This is a much better design than the french door with the drawer at the bottom of the fridge for deli and cheese items because you don't have to open up both doors to open the drawer.

This refrigerator is the best! Love the options and space. It looks really professional and has encouraged us to upgrade all our appliances now.

From layout to size to function. Not only does this refrigerator look amazing, but its form and function works perfectly for our family.

It's a great looking fridge with solid options. I would have liked to have gone with the full size, but the counter-depth was the best fit. It looks good on the showroom floor, but here are a couple of questions to pose: 1. What can I ACTUALLY store in the doors? Two gallon jugs in the right hand door, but what else? Especially the left-hand drawer? Also, what do YOU store in the freezer? Does pizza come to mind? It surprised me that a pretty common item for a freezer did not fit comfortably in the storage area. Bottom line, I like it, but I don't love it.

picked up a floor model. dented pretty badly, actually. i say its just a reflection of me... flawed, yet stills functions adequately. coming from counter depth to this is great, very spacious. tag shows its pretty energy efficient too. ice from dispenser does not shoot out all over the place which is a major plus.

Exceeds our expectations. Door in door and drawer functions are excellent. Large capacity is great for a big family.

I replaced my refrigerator with the Samsung. I like the layout and additional space It gives.

We bought all new Samsung Appliances about 2 months ago! I love them, the Dutch door fridge is fantastic, finally room for everything, freezer on bottom has a top drawer for smaller freezer food. Range is unbelievable, use just top or full oven at a push of a button. Dishwasher has extra top rack for large utensils and they all work to perfection! Best Buy gave us the best prices and appliances in town!

Did a lot of research before choosing this fridge. Like the middle flex drawer where you can set the temperature but beware that even at the lowest setting of -1, the flex drawer does not get as cold as the bottom freezer drawer even when set to the same temperature so not great for ice cream and other things that need to stay frozen. Quick view fridge drawer is very useful to quickly grab and go.

Roomy...well lit....Love the extra.storage for cold cuts...can even fit a whole pizza box in the middle drawer. Ice dispenser could be faster...but I use a lot of ice daily...and I've never run out.

We have always had a side by side. My wife talked me into the French door refrigerator, best decision we have made. There is so much more room then a side by side. Samsung hit it outside the park with refrigerator.
