Best purchase I have done within the last year. Meets all my requirements. I'm very happy with the features and functionality. I would recommend this fridge any time.

I would give this refrigerator a 0 if I could. Worked great for about 4-5 years after my extended warranty ran out. Ice maker freezes up so I called a repair person who told me this is an ongoing issue for Samsung that they refuse to honor. Go to Facebook and see the over 70,000 complaints. I've had the ice maker replaced and it still freezes. I'm going to follow the thousands who have filed a complaint with the BBB and Samsung to see if they will give me a refund.

Product serves my need, Adequate space inside and low energy bills. Low noise of operations.

Happy with our selection of the four doors. Plenty of light in each section. Great enhancement with the outer door option, it's used the most, along with the flex zone drawer. Cooling of all areas works well. Overall happy with the unit.

Front the beginning of had a great experience dealing with best buy. I had tons of question for the dales Rep at best buy and I got my answers. They were very knowledgeable. The refrigerator is amazing. Love the size and features. It looks sharp on my kitchen. MKE sure this guy will fit through your stair case. It barely cleared mine.

Nice fridge yet was open box and when delivered had more dents and scratches

We did our kitchen over and I have been waiting to get this refrigerator for 6 months. I can't think of anything I don't love about this fridge. The deli/drink drawer is awesome as well as the lower freezer and the quick drink door. Best fridge I ever bought!

Expected more for the price but overall happy with this product

I am having problems storing large items in refrigerator.

Have not had enough experience yet. However in general lot of wasted space yet can't accommodate longer bottles. It's a struggle to fit 2 one gallon milk containers in the door and would not fit on any shelf.. Full of inconveniences.

My wife and I have owned many refrigerators and this Samsung 29.5 cu ft is by far the best. The doors, shelves and drawers are conveniently located and the temperature controls keep all food fresh in all compartments.

Ice maker not work after 12 months and 2 weeks. Call Samsung technical support they said out of warranty then they gave me a authorize 3rd party vendor, 3rd party vendor quote cost to repair ice maker about $500. My whirlpool frig in car garage bough from Costco 14 years ago still running strong. I won't buy any Samsung products again.
