Maybe a Samsung phone would work better but couldn’t access anything because it wouldn’t recognize when I was touching the screen for options. Although it’s a cool concept on first glance, it didn’t work as I was hoping for. Not very user friendly either. Returned the next day.

I will be returning it to the store today! Not worth $99 its a hassle & problem product i would NOT recommend this to no one it was a waste of time & my gas money for returning it!!

It uses a cellular signal but it does not always work. It shuts itself off even when you program it not to turn off. Samsung is no help with customer service. It does not work well enough to track anything if it is stolen. the battery does not work well enough, they should have designed it for a larger battery.

If there is a break in coverage, the tracker will not send a signal. Battery life is based on how many times the device communicates with the server. Try using power save mode when the device is not in motion and try adjusting the report time to a less frequent setting to extend the life of the battery. It runs easily for 4-5 days!! I use it to track when kids school bus is arriving so that I can be on time at stop to pick up. Save time for me as well as keeps kids happy to see parents on bus stop.

The manual update is quick and the auto tracking refreshes about every minute. If you are looking for live point by point tracking that you watch as a car drives through town this will not work.
