I have two Samsung SmartThings outlets. One controls an older AV receiver that does not have connectivity capabilities. The other controls a small “night light” type lamp in my office. The outlet easily adds to my SmartThings hub and works great in automations such as Stringify flows as well as voice control like Alexa. These outlets have consistently worked without issue since adding them to my hub. The blue indicator light and the on/off switch on this outlet are nice features and are placed where they can easily be seen and used. I would recommend this outlet and would purchase another if the need arose for a third smart outlet.

This device works as intended. Very little "boot" time and immediately connects to network. Response time from hub is also very quick. Only wish these things weren't so bulky.

I don't really have a review yet, I mean the outlet works, but for it to work with my Google home, apparently I need a Samsung hub to go with it. I did not realize that when I purchased it, if I had known I probably would not have bought it. So basically I bought a very expensive outlet :/

Works with the SmartThings hub for home automation. You can use it to control a lamp or an appliance. The plug also acts as a zigbee repeater to expand your zha network.

I have many of these and love them around Christmas so I use a timer for all my lights. Very easy to use if you have a Smart Things hub.

The SmartThings products are my first leap into smart home products. So far I love how this was so easy to program and set to turn on when we arrive home. Love it!

Works well but priced high. Many alternatives for less.

I was a little disappointed when I tried this with a coffee pot and a light fixture inside my entertainment center. It works very well to turn things off, however, very unfortunately, it doesn't do great with turning them back on. Be careful that the product with which you intend to use this item is compatible for ON and OFF.

These are so easy to use. Just plug them in and plug your lamp into it, then set up on your phone. You can turn your lights off and on from anywhere.

Really easy to setup in samsung smartthings app. Plugged it in, plugged tree into the smart outlet, and was configured on my phone in all of 3 minutes.

Easy to use and add as a device under the smart things app. Utilized a few of these to automatically turn on/off Christmas Trees during the holidays.

Worked great right out of the box and connected right up to my Samsung Smartthings. Have had it a few months and no problems-very satisfied.

The outlet was easy to setup with my Samsung App. It has worked flawlessly and can also be controlled manually using the button on the side.

It does a great job. Always stays connected. I have 2 of them. They never failed on me. I use wemo in the past but I like this better.

This thing works wonders for those folks who have kids who are smart enough to get around TV sleep timers. Set this up and you are all set.

Pairs quickly with SmartThings, easily automated for overnight power cycles of computer devices. Form factor could be a bit smaller.

Something so simple is so fun and practical. These plugs are great because they can turn on lights in a room when your hands are full.

Great switch for basic on and off functions but no dimming option.

I have tried this on multiple lights and cant wait to set up for those hard to reach Christmas light switches behind tree.
