Sometimes the buttons are not responsive. Does not come with a USB charging cord which sucks. Not sure why a charging cord is not included since the remote is on the pricey side.

Now they are sold out so sad

Utlized the factory resets even on the TV. Does not work. Tried to Contact Samsung. Did not get through. Disappointing

It came in good condition works so well and works from upstairs and from outside . Good that it charges with solar I love it I don’t need to keep changing batteries

Worst remote ever

This remote only works when it wants, the buttons are not responsive at all and just flat out dont work 75% of the time. I dont know in what universe this thing would cost $60. Terrible product!
