Once again we bought this Appliance to match up with the rest of our Samsung appliances that we bought. Just like the rest of the appliances they're very nice-looking and extremely intelligent. There's plenty of room and this dishwasher with adjustable shelves and racks that allowed you to fit many different size objects. We use the heavy functionality or pants to test it out and it worked very well. Extremely quiet the only thing I'm not crazy about is the cleaning Cycles range from 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours for the most part unless you do a quick wash not sure why it takes so long to wash a load of dishes. Maybe a little too much plastic for my liking but who knows it may be better off alone

This dishwasher looks great with the rest of the Samsung suite of appliances and we don't have to set it to run in the wee hours of the night due to noise! This can run while we're watching TV or visiting with family. We've run it without 'pre-washing', like we had to with our old DW and the dishes came out perfect. You might think you have everything that is needed if you're installing this yourself, but the hot water line adapter is different on this from my old DW - you may want to get the install kit and return it, if you find that you don't need it...

Purchased as a complete matching set for complete kitchen re-model (slide in oven; microwave; fridge/freezer & dishwasher). All appliances matched perfectly. Dishwasher cleans extremely well/efficiently and quietly. Hand/finger smudges disappear easily.

We purchased this Dishwasher sight unseen, as it was not on the show room floor. The sales person described what it did. We received it it is as beautiful as ever and it cleans just as well as described. It even sings a song when it’s complete. The one drawback, is that I find my dishes don’t stand up on the bottom rack very well.

Very happy with dishwasher so far. Quiet operation and like the door open feature at the end of the cycle.

Needed an appliance package and had in stock for 2 day delivery. Just what i was looking for and when it showed up it was better than expected. Easy to hook up, Easy to install and Works and looks perfect. Couldn't ask for more. Great job best buy.

I've owned this dishwasher for a couple of weeks now and have been absolutely delighted with how quiet it is. There are many adjustments you can make to the configuration of the interior racks to accommodate different washing needs and the dishes come out clean every time.

We bought around 3 months ago, and just had it installed around 2 weeks ago. We use it almost daily so we tested it to the prime. Make sure you use heavy wash or storm wash when you wash dishes, because normal wash will not do a great job. We notice also the type of pods you buy for a cleaner also makes a difference on the results of clean on your dishes. Play around with it and you will find the one you like. When my wife and I were purchasing this we didn't know it didn't have heated coil dry like we were used too. So samsung doesn't use that technology anymore, but use hot air to blow it dry. So when the rinse is done the unit opens by itself which is neat, and does an air dry to dry the dishes. They get pretty dry, but there is some residue on clear glass cups we have which I do not like when its on the bottom rack.

Quieter than I expected. Control menu is not so intuitive but easy to learn after a few runs. Hope it lasts long.

So far I love this dishwasher! Never thought I'd care about how loud it would be, but this ones so quiet I wouldn't know weather it's running if it wasn't for the light!

Dishwasher works well and is quiet for the price. Contemporary look is attractive.

Moved the old washer out of the way and installed the StormWash following the instructions. Took the install kit back for refund because the old dishwasher had the same connection hardware.

Just found out there is a broken wheel on one of the racks. So I will be contacting Best Buy to come replace wheel.

The condo I purchased (in ‘06) had a basic dishwasher. When it ran it would drown out the tv, conversation, cat meows, etc. It was loud. It did not clean. Etc. Highly recommend this Samsung machine. It’s much less noisy, cleans the dishes and overall is a huge step up from a basic dishwasher.

It is a great dishwasher for the price , in particular, having the rinse option and automatically the door being opened after each wash for letting the air dries the dishes.

I'm a fan of Samsung - so know this is a hard review to write. We remodeled our kitchen this year, and bought all Samsung Appliances. The range is AWESOME, the Microwave is cool, and the refrigerator is super sweet... but the dishwasher has failed me time and time again. The top rack is wonderful to load, and accommodates my tall glasses and pots, but almost every time, I have to was the top rack stuff by hand, as the film it leaves is yucky, and there are times that the food is still stuck on the sides of the pots. Spend a little extra money on a dishwasher. I've read great things about this year's model, but this model has been a huge disappointment. The rest of our Samsung appliances rock.

The new dishwasher runs quietly and cleans well. The main issue is the little rubber black flap that hangs down the front. The installer didn't know what to do with it and left it hanging. The installation guide doesn't show what to do with it. We had a Geek Squad guy come later, and he tucked it in. However, within 2 days it came out again. We had a 2nd Geek Squad guy come out, and he used a screw to try to anchor it up so it wasn't viewable. However, again within 2 days it came out again and still hangs there. It looks like a piece of black metal or plastic that someone kicked in. Samsung didn't design that piece well.

We have had this dishwasher for 4 years. The plastic covering on the top and bottom rack has come off in areas allowing places on the racks to rust out and break. Most times the glasses in the top rack come out dirty with flecks of who knows what inside them. All dishes are pre rinsed before put in. Cannot use the individual packs of liquid soap, they will not break open. Have to use the powder. Sometimes the soap door doesn’t open at all. The front constantly stays dirty looking no matter how often you clean it and we don’t even touch it. We bought this because there was a discount for buying an appliance “package” where all items were the same brand. I really wanted the fridge so I got stuck with this terrible thing.

No pre-washing dishes! Yeah! Great controls are on top of door, so they are hidden!
