Wanted an extra fast large external drive for all my un-frequent file usage and all my large photo files. So far, the read and write has been excellent. And the small size makes it very convenient to carry around. Planning on purchasing another one strictly for backup.

I love using these drives for my video business as they are highly reliable and there’s speeds are fantastic for what you pay for. Also the build quality for me you don’t get in this price range.

Works amazingly to transfer large files, workes will with samsung magician software, not laggy at all and doesnt get very hot. Amazing lroduct worth it. If you need more storage external this is thr best thing yoy can get fir this money

I originally went in to buy an nvme SSD and instead bought this for the convenience. The sales associate was awesome and helped me with my purchase. This portable Samsung T7 ssd is fast and a must have for me. Read and write speeds are definitely exceptional and it gives me the extra storage space I need when I want it.

I have purchased this hard drive multiple times. It works great, does what it says it does. Love the small size and it's very fast. I'll keep getting it for to move files for my clients.

I’ve purchased nothing but western digital for the past 15 years. This Samsung is my first from their brand and definitely won’t be my last. Great speed, and the quality of built not only looks sharp, but is insanely compact. Easy to take anywhere and even easier to setup with your Mac or pc. Solid drive!

Small footprint, speedy and very good connectivity

One of the best external SSD's out there. I have created two partitions on the drive to run Windows in Bootcamp on my MacBook Pro and to have an external HDD for additional storage. Speed is impressive even though it doesn't utilize Thunderbolt 3. USB 3.2 Gen 2 is more than fast enough for all my requirements!

Always reliable, always a go to drive! I tend to always stick with the Samsung ssd drive as this has never failed me yet!

It is easy to use and is a big help in saving material that I do not want stored on my laptop.

Best external drive I’ve bought. Smaller than I thought, yet very powerful. Speaking of storage, it can store up to 2TB digitally. And physically, I can fit all that in my pocket.

Quite fast for an external USB drive! Nice value for storage. I do use this for my PS5, it’s not fast enough to play modern games, but it most certainly works well for storage of digital PS4 games and PS5 for easy transfer to console storage.

This SSD is a winner, having been updated from the old model that Samsung had out. It performs really well and is fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this drive as an option to store pictures and other files if you don't like using the cloud.

I work out of 2 offices, the home and a shop I can continue an office project at home without dragging bulky equipment back and forth, the size is what sold me, both physical and storage capacity, the transfer speed is a bonus, worth every penny.
