I had gotten one of these external SSDs a year ago and found myself in need of a second one. Great in durability and and perfect storage size too for not only data (2 Terabytes worth), but also for travel storage too!

Very nice drive. Easy to setup and use with password protection. Works well with Windows 11. One drawback and it may be a lack of understanding on my part but I haven't been able to use 2 of these drives at the same time.

This is my second T7 2TB external HD. I use a blue one for TimeMachine backups of a MacBook Air and a black one for external storage of iTunes backups of two iPhones and two iPads done on the MacBook Air. I like the rugged rubber-covered drives. The drives a plenty fast for backups and provide air gapped storage. I have been using Samsung SSD drives since they first became available. I have at least 12 total and have ever had a problem.

Fast, reliable, and feels protected from the elements so you can go with it anywhere worry free.

Overall, I really like it. It is easy to setup & easy to use. And it is pretty fast. 1 thing that would make it even better would be if it came with a way to Synch so that Additions or Modifications to the original source (my PC) would be automatically ID'd and applied the External Drive. Instead of my having to Copy ALL or ask myself, "Now, What did I actually do today? Did I create or edit any Word docs today, etc.?

Slim, fast transfer speeds, and great color. Love that drive included a C to C and USB to C cables. Prefect for someone like me who can easily switch between my older laptop to my newer desktop/phone to easily store photos and documents. Wish I would have made this purchase sooner.

I normally do video editing and I like to keep my work in an external HD. I have heard of this “little guy” and how fast & reliable it is so I bought one to test out and I have to say that I’m quite impressed.

Easy to use and ample storage! I purchased this for my daughter's college course and it was inexpensive with more than enough space for hundreds of photos!

This drive is very light and compact; easy to carry, but very high functionality in terms of security. I will definitely recommend it especially to those who have large electronic files and want to securely store it. Thank you

Not an awful lot to say. After my "competitor brand" external HD began showing signs of failing I quickly ran out and got another Samsung. They also came highly recommended by my computer repairman who said he never gets anyone in the shop for problems with their Samsung drives.

Very sturdy and fast. Works as advertised. It's been almost a year since I'm using and works perfectly. I fell multiple times but still no damage or external scratches or impact.

Once you use SSD, you'll wonder what you've been doing with your life. Works as it should, easy plug n play. Good quality cord. Doesn't look as aesthetic as the metal non-rugged version, of which I have for my Xbox One X storage, but the rubber encasing obviously protects it better.

Over time, I have bought 6-8 of these drives and they work absolutely seamlessly. The prices have been coming down a bit, which makes these a great choice, whether you are a pro who needs digital storage or just a family looking to secure all of your digital assets. Obviously I would not have bought so many of these drives if they weren't reliable, so I heartily recommend these Samsung drives!

This is the 2nd one of these I’ve purchased. The first was a 500 GB. This one is a 2 TB. This first cost approx. $120. The 2 TB was on sale. It was $199.99 on sale for $139.99. Right now, Best Buy has it for $129.99. Even better. Lots of "bang for the buck." The read/write specs were/are the same; however, this latest version is tougher. The all new rugged PSSD T7 Shield is built to endure with the space to create thanks to an IP65 rating for Dust and Water resistance. The high-tech rubber exterior with Dynamic Thermal Guard controls heat to maintain steady performance. Has both a USB C and a USB C to USB A cable. Samsung is a recognized leader in SSD products…and you see the quality in this product. I bought the lesser version…and recently bought the superior one…AGAIN. Enough said. Buy this and you won’t be disappointed.

This is a hidden jewel. It’s very petite, fits in the palm of your hand. It’s light weight and easy to format for first use. It has set up for both windows and Mac. Ample space to back up your computer, iPad and phone all on one device.

I bought this external drive to move my data from one computer to another. It is fast, durable and has become the perfect backup for my current computer!

This external storage is great! I will say that is has fast transfer speeds and is light weight to carey around. The external casing keeps the drive very safe from falls and scratches. I will be purchasing a second drive soon.

The drive is well-protected and is every bit as fast as a standard T7. It's fast and reliable, and I'd recommend this to anyone looking for that combination in a portable SSD. I regularly see transfers of large files hitting the higher end of the rated transfer speed - around 700-800 MB/S. Typical Samsung quality.

Great hard drives. These are always reliable and speedy for DITs. They are the most requested hard drive on set.

Great little external SS drive that is compact and lightning fast. I use it for my music library as it travels easy for DJing. Completely recommended.
