Fast transfers. Doesn’t overheat. Works well. I formatted to NTFS to use for gameplay capture.

Its a portable hard drive. Its fast and does whats expected. Small but not too small like a USB thumb drive! Feels well built and the texture is nice.

I realized my work computer was working too hard to handle all my files. I also wanted a backup for my cloud backup (I'm pretty OCD about my documents), so I took a chance and picked up this Samsung. I have come to really appreciate the brand after buying a 1TB and a 2TB external USB drive as well as a 2 in 1 laptop. To find a 4TB drive that is almost as thin as the 1 and 2 TB drives is impressive to me (I also on a 1TB drive that's I don't know how many years old now and it's as big as an old school dictionary and about as heavy). It's fast and is just what I was looking for.

I've only had the external drive for about 3 weeks. The drive works well with my main computer and I am not trying anymore with my laptop when I am on the road. It is quiet and small.

it is both, fast and reliable, i use it with my phone and my ps5 and works perfectly with both. It includes a type c to type and a type c to type c cables.

I added this to my computer purchase and have more than enough storage for all my photos. Music and videos would highly recommend purchasing this even as an add-on to a computer system that you have at home.

This is a great ssd, very fast but what i live most is the size. As a video editor projects can tale up huge file sizes but I live that this can handle the space and have the speed I need on the go!

As a professional wedding photographer it is so important to have people’s images very well-secured & having switched from another brand that has become notorious for malfunctioning I’ve been so so happy with this product as I wrapped up wedding season and other sessions. my Best Buy Salesman helped me greatly. I had another brand that was less expensive but worked fine for a while - 6 months - then it wouldn't backup .... the salesman told me the brand i had is easily dropped, banged around a bit and it cannot last and will easily break as it was very fragile..... who would figure. This T7Shield you can drop, throw, whatever. it'll still work fine. and i set it up and it works perfectly every time.... thank you Best Buy Salesman!!!

It is what it is.....I liked getting the 2 USB cables.....I have three other similar SamSung devices and plan on only using that brand.....Fast and reliable so far.....Get back with me in about 5 years.

Its very portable for my sound library and very fast transfer by my macpro to macbook pro

Item came as advertised. Using it to back up my MBP with Timeline. I like the protective casing on it. No issues so far.
