Peace of mind

I can check for water on my phone and have a neighbor go in if there is a problem. I have one sitting on top of the sump pump and one where my AC dehumidifier pipe is..it has been known to block and flood the basement. Work like a charm if you even wet them with your finger they send an alarm.

I added this in the attic in case the AC leaked again. That way I'll have a heads up and hopefully avoid any water damage. I tested the device with tap water before putting it in my attic and worked fine.
