Two still alive showing about 17% battery life. I got no notification or any indication. Horrible battery life and very untrust worthy product. Search smartthings battery life. Stay away. Probably go in the trash for me.

You can create a notification for battery life by adding a custom automation within the SmartThings App. Following the steps on our Support page here -- https://support.smartthings.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002056383 -- the "If" would be device status of the sensor's battery at the level you choose, while the "Then" would be to notify members. You are able to customize the notification you receive as well. We had an alert when some water got out of the shower upstairs. Pretty much impossible to get rid of the warning. Maybe they’ve updated it, but when that happened, it kept telling me every couple hours that we had a leak.

It says the battery is fine, but is not wanting to reconnect. This makes it problematic to have to reboot an entire system for an item that may not stay connected very long. I think I would consider another water sensor going forward.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They are not compatible with the wink hub 2 :-( shows as a door sensor (open, closed ) 1/2 cheaper than the DOME Water Leak Sensor . maybe it works better with Samsung - SmartThings Hub ?? but I can not say anything about it because I do not have this hub. Mine is connected to the wink hub
