The water sensor is very accurate. I tested before install and it was very sensitive. Since then, I have already received a notification for some water in my basement. Plus, it can go under drips, as it tracks moisture below and above.

A water leak sensor will give you probably the best ROI on your Smartthings home automation system. This one works flawlessly and it was a breeze to add to my Smartthings system.

I have tested this leak sensor and It works fine. I haven't had a water leak, but I have peace of mind knowing that if there is, I'll get an email and I'll be able to take care if it right away. I do hope I never actually use it though.

Have this in a basement near sump pumps so I know if things stop working. Recently had work done and things got unplugged, this instantly alerted me to the issue, and it got handled before water went anywhere important.

Bought this to go along with my Smarthings Hub to use in the basement near my hot water heater. Super easy to install and link with my hub. Would consider buying more for other potential flood areas in my home.

We purchased two of these water leak sensors to put on the floor in our mechanical room and inside our walk-out basement door. They were easy to connect to the Samsung hub and have alerted us to water on two occasions.

I bought two leak sensors in addition the one I already have. I love these sensors they are very accurate and very small. The only problem I have had is that one of the new ones dropped off of m system, I pulled the battery and put it back in and that fixed it.

I love these! bought them after a sump pump failure, hoping to not need them for a very long time, however, I was notified a WEEK later of water in the area! these are amazing little devices! so easy to set up!

Bought 4 of these after doing some research. Placed one behind my washer and a few days later it actually alerted me I had a leak. This has paid for itself already. Now have under all my sinks and have ordered a few more.

Worked great!!! Installed after a sewer line backup in basement. The next time, I received an alert on my phone and got to the backup before it became a disastrous cleanup.

I have automated most of the activities such as turning on light, fan, tv, etc. using smartthing. This sensor helps in detecting water leaks. Tested the sensor using a small puddle and it worked well. This sensor needs smartthing hubs to function properly.

More much to say except this leak sensor by samsung is well built. Easily pairs with my smartthings hub. Just hope it never goes off.....that would mean a water leak....very expensive.

This sensor was very easy to set up and work flawlessly with my other smart home devices. It can be configured to send an alarm through connected speakers suck as Sonos, and you get a notification on your phone.

Nice small sensor for some specific places in your home. Not necessary for all places, but great for avoidin watter damage under the sink or when wood floor. Regards!

Knowing that I will know if I have a leak is a peace of mind after a leak under my sink I decided to get this so I don’t have to worry about it happening again a plus!

Really appreciate that they put sensors on top AND bottom now and that they are only $20. May seem like overkill but catching leaks early can save you a bundle and one leak more than pays for this guy

Seems to work well when I tested it on setup. I need to try again now that it has been a month. Battery at 75 percent after a month. It also shows temp which is a bonus

great sensor have many of them with the samsung smarthings hub all over my house. if you have a 2 story home then this is crucial to detect water leaks right away

This water sensor is a great product. I have these in my home and our lake house at all sinks, by the water heater, and in the overflow pan of the A/C units. They react to very small amounts of water.

I actually bought this a week or two before We had new countertops installed. It caught the water leak under the sink from a loose nut. Paid for its self 1000 times already!
