Did not do a lot of investigating prior to purchasing this item. However, while in the store the sales guy gave me some highlights and i sure am glad that i purchased it. it runs very quietly and even gives a little tune when the load is finished. (gotta admit: the little jingle scared me the first time).

I trusted in Best Buy to connect this. So far all is good and I am happy:)

It's a great dishwasher. It very quiet and easy to hookup. Like it.

We've had no issues with the dishwasher. The tub was getting cloudy but after I started putting the soap packet right into the bottom of the tub instead of the detergent holder that problem cleared up. I would definitely purchase this again.

New in the home, need time to evaluate how well it works.

The dishwasher was purchased to match our new Black stainless appliances. That was accomplished, but this unit is not near as nice as the Bosch we replaced. If only they made them in black stainless.

Purchased this dishwasher for my new home being built.

We have not had much luck with this dishwasher. Often times there is still food stuck on the dishes (especially pots and pans) and it does not dry well.

DW looks great, however is broken. I just install it and it gives me an error code. I purchased this DW online through Best Buy, picked it up and installed it. Since it's not working, I called Best Buy back and they told me I have to contact manufacturer since its within the warranty. I contacted Samsung and they put me on hold to tell me that this code error means it's a leak which I found online as well. To get a technician to look at it will take a week;( I am Disappointed by the service to say the least;(

Great piece and nice touch with the light outside when running. Inside the bucket seems a little flimsy but overall a great package. You can't hear this run unless you stand right next to it or hear the water drain through the sink.

It's so quiet you don't know its running except for the slight noise in the sink when it drains during cycles. Lots of different washing options so you need to keep the owners manual nearby for reference until you learn the system.

Purchased in 2015. 5 years in had to get this repaired. This year, we had to get our Samsung matching fridge repaired. So far, we have paid $900 in repairs for our Samsung appliance set. BUYER BEWARE. Stay away from Samsung appliances. They look great, but not worth it.

Looks great, and works well. No issues the dish come out clean. Very very quiet, we had to check that is was working, barely hear the water. But it take for ever on the regular wash, more than 2 hours.

This machine does not dry. There is a funny smell between Washing. There are only two of us so only run it once a week. It is super quite.

I wish I could get my money back.. This dishwasher doesn't clean as well as my old model . Also, it doesn't dry dishes cups forks very well.

I was in need of a dishwasher to match my other appliances and loved the minimalistic look with the function buttons hidden in the frame. The interior size was bigger then I thought.

Weve had this unit now about 3 years and its done very well for us. No issues and no complaints! Very happy with our Samsung products. So far so good!

If you're seeing this, you'll soon realize by the other reviews this dishwasher will not dry your dishes. Same experience for me. Spend your money elsewhere.

at 45 decibels you cannot even hear it running. It gets things really clean because of the water wall technology. It plays music when it is done to let you know it is finished.

Dishwasher works ok, runs much louder than my old one though and the dishes do not come out completly dry, I have to leave the door open for some time to air dry.
