I have always found SanDisk to be highly reliable and can count on their products as a form of highly portable and compact backup for key files. This product does not disappoint. My only gripe is the sliding mechanism should click in place at either end of its travel - ie, give you a good solid sense that it is secure in the out position because it always feels like it is going to slide back into the casing when you push the stick into a USD slot. But that's a trivial issue really.

For the price you cannot beat this flash drive. Not too big, but holds lots and lots and does not seem to crash.

Have never experienced any type of performance issue with a product under the SanDisk banner. Don't save money on another product when storage a valuable data is at stake.

Did I mention low-cost? Anyways these thumb drives are almost dirt cheap now and I like the ScanDisk brand. Get these at Best Buy...my favorite place as they always seem to have them on sale at great prices regardless of the size. Get them and take a little nail polish color to mark them as yours. In addition, I love the ones with the loophole for a cord which makes it harder to misplace or lose (ugh).
