I have purchased several SanDisk Cruzer Glide flash drives for various purposes, and always when they were on sale. This 32 GB drive was purchased to create a recovery drive for a new laptop. With multiple computers, the flash drive is a convenient way to move files between devices or take them with you. I haven’t experienced any issues with the SanDisk drives being unusable after repeated use.

Rather than copying a large amount of data from my desktop to my laptop I was quickly able to copy to the 32 gig flash drive. Slip the flash drive into the laptop and update it directly while on remote assignments. When back home I can simply copy any updated files from the flash drive right back to the desktop. A much quicker solution. Read/Write to the flash drive seems to be quite fast. Very pleased with purchase.

I think I paid $8 on sale for the 32GB 2.0 drive.. Works fine and yes it's slower than a usb 3.0.. if you want to save some money and are ok with the slower speed, this is the way to go.. I always format the drive before I use it.. I'm running Windows 10 so I just formate as NTFS but you can format it to another file type like FAT if you want. Highly recommend this drive for storing data.

It seems ridiculous to review a flash drive -- instead I want to commend the Best Buy website in terms of accessibility and and its very friendly user interface where I was able to research, find, and order exactly what I needed in almost no time at all ! The storage capacity of the thumb drive is excellent. The "business end" slides in and out so that there is no chance of losing a separate cover. I love that!

A usb drive is always good to have. Comes in handy for multiple things. Love it!
