    As long as you are aware it is a USB 2.0 (not 3.0) flash drive, you should have no complaints. I got this 32GB stick for shuttling files around from one computer to another (in addition to a couple of 16GB models). Got it for a great price at Best Buy when on sale. Have not tried the SecureAccess software, but I might just for to experiment with it.

    I've used a Cruzer before with success. I purchased this one to load it with information about my life insurance, health insurance, and financial account information, including websites and passwords. I put everything on it that I believed was important for my daughter to have in the event I pass away, and forwarded it to her.

    SanDisk products are always great. I like the cap free convenience, with the retractable protection. No issues. I would recommend this to a friend. Great memory per dollar value from Best Buy and SanDisk. Works great with my Xbox 360. I can store lots more on the Xbox now and don't have to delete to make room any more.
