    There are a lot of choices for SSD. I chose SanDisk because I never had an issue with their external memory in any format. I'm giving 5 Stars because it works as it should, and Best Buy had it on sale!

    This Device works perfectly on a Mac mini if you use the standard USB adapter but not the Thunderbolt. The latter causes a Time Machine misbehavior
