    Had one previosly and was very happy. Then one day it just died. No known reason. Since I back up my data regularly I didn't lose anything. Customer service was as helpful as they could be though and I got great use of it for a long time. Thus I am buying another one.

    It's better that memory drives with moveable parts. It doesn't however allow you to pull photos or videos off of iPhones as I have read in reviews and in the description. It's a solid drive, but a little pricey for the amount of memory.
