Horrible. I own about 20 hard drives, and this one seemed like a good deal. After adding tons of personal files to it, it will now not register, at all, on any computer.

We recommend you to try reformatting the drive in exFAT file format using your Mac computer to resolve the issue. Please note that, reformatting is a data-destructive process. Do ensure backing up your data before reformatting the drive.

It was not good for me, several of my drawings made with Autocad blocked me, I had to call customer support and they could not help me, they told me to return it, I did it and changed it for another and the same, more files blocked, it works ;o I saved everything and the next day when I was going to open it, it said "invalid file"

the games was puit on it dont work propertly. when i using it the game cracket a lot.

Not reliable for MacOS use

Keeps getting disconnected from MacOS at every sleep cycle. Tried to use disk as backup disk and only connect manually, but got unmounted mid-backup. I have a very light paperweight on my desk now.

Class action lawsuits are happening because of this drive, im getting i/o errors. Windows will repair the drive and then the i/o errors will return. Only a matter of time before it fails for good. Havent even had the drive for a full year.

Stopped working after 2 days. 4TB has the same issue but they haven’t acknowledged the 2 TB issue yet

Worked OK for a few hours. Then randomly dropped connection from my laptop, although all cables etc were still properly connected
This kept happening randomly. Google search showed this is a recurring problem with this particular product.
I returned it to Best Buy and bought a similar Samsung product instead

Very satisfied with this item. Super easy to use, a lot of space for files and games and other files. Gives me a total of 4TB which is perfect!

Issues out the gate. Nowhere near the performance expected for an external SSD. Instead buy a nvme ssd and hard drive inclosure. Less money and better results
