    Was looking to upgrade from spinning disks to SSD's and bought this one from Sandisk. The speeds on 8 year old MacBook are 5 times, well worth the investment.

    The price was higher than the price some other retailers would charge. Also, on my initial visit to the store a wrong item was ordered and I had call to correct the order.

    This SSD really does provide around 900-1000MB/s of read/write speed which should be enough for pretty much anyone. One issue though is that the tyoe C connector wobbles a bit when connected. Makes me think the USB port or the PCB inside is not secured well. I got mine replaced just in case it was a one off but they all have it. Hopefully it won't break on me too soon.
