These are great for external storage and working with LR with files stored externally but keep your LR catalog on your main harddrive and you will not experience any slow down of LR no matter how many files you have.

Easy to use hard drive on ps4 and ps5. I use both consoles, one on the road and one at home. I am able to bring ps4 games which are playable from the hdd. And backuup games i havent played yet.

I live in a humid place, so I always go for the water resistant products. This one hasn’t failed me and it’s very quick to upload files.

It's amazing how an item decides of a biscuit can hold so much data. Definitely a must have. You should move on from magnetic hard disks to solid state hard disks like these if you want your data to be safe.

We purchased this primarily to be used with a MacBook Air using Photoshop. We were running out of memory on the MacBook and the software (Photoshop) needed more memory for their "scratch disk". It works perfect. Since it is SSD, there is now sound coming from the unit. It just hangs out and does it's job. I would recommend it to anyone needing more memory. BTW, I tried a flash drive to use as the "scratch disk" and it didn't work.

No doubt a mighty little unit and I’m sure we will be satisfied once we figure it out. But there were no instructions at all on how to use it, and even their website has nothing. I want to use it as a total system backup for a windows laptop, and I’m still not sure how to do that. I’m not a techie, so it’s pretty frustrating.

Had a 3 year old had drive and the spinning disk started to show its age. This ssd made my workflow so much faster and efficient. Also cool that it came with an adapter.

Purchased this to go with my new laptop for storing backups. The read/write performance is awesome. I’m very happy with the purchase and highly recommend this. Be sure that your device has high speed USB ports to take full advantage of the transfer rates. Just a bit pricey.
