I really like this mp3 player. It is easy to use and sounds great. I have had many mp3 players and some are so complicated, so I end up not using them. This one is so easy to use that I now use it all the time. I am really glad a friend told me about this MP3.

FM tuner works if you are right next to signal

The package was outdated. The special offers and information inside the packaging was no longer valid. But I like the size of the mp3 player for workouts. It clips easily to the neck of my shirt -- if we could eliminate the cord from the ear buds to the mp3 player, it would not intrude on any workout.

I have owned three of these now. My first one worked for a couple of years, then fried. The second one is still working (gave it to the hubby, but it hasn't been used for too long), and the third I purchased for myself 4 months ago because it had more internal memory. My unit went haywire; I mean completely fried out. Sometimes it wouldn't turn off, sometimes Chinese writing was displayed, other times the songs would play but the display screen was blank. After a while I couldn't even load music. Like I said, less than 4 months with not even daily use. I really loved this player but 2 out of 3 dying out with similar symptoms has led me to move on, though I didn't want to spend 100 plus. In the end I've already spend it on players that didn't last.

This is my very first MP3 player, and it is so easy to use. I downloaded 3,000 songs onto a memory card and inserted the card into the player and then plugged the player into into my car and voila! - I now have uninterrupted music to listen to without the commercials like AM/FM radio, I don't have to carry my hundreds of CDs with me to rotate my music, and I don't have to pay a monthly service charge like I do for Sirius XM satellite radio. I love it!!!!

This this is perfect. Got it for my girlfriend and she couldn't be happier. Has a lot of features the more expensive models have without the extra price. Perfect for the gym or hooking up and playing it through the car.

This is a good MP3 player. It's simple to use, just plug it in to your computer and sync your music. No instructions necessary. I like the fact that you can add a memory card for even more music storage. Haven't had it very long, but so far no problems at all.

I love my two year old Sansa Clip, so when I read about the Clip+, with a MicroSDHC card slot, I ran out to get it. My old Clip had 2giss of memory, which I had bumped up against. My new Clip+ has 4gigs built in, and I had a 4gig card laying around, so I just quadrupled my old capacity. Apple fanboys now have no excuse for paying the ridiculous Apple tax for a Shuffle. This is it. The Sansa Clip+ is The One! Note: My five stars on durability is based on how well my old Clip has held up.

The SanDisk Sansa Clip+ has a lot of features for a modest price. The screen is bright for easy navigation through the menus. The capacity is much more that I will ever use, but it can be expanded with a memory card. I use it primarily when I work out, so I did not want to spend hundreds of dollars for an item that could get broken. It has everything that I need and more.

i work in a dirt and dust filled environment, we could give Mike Rowe a run for a dirty job. the sansa clip has stood up to everything i could imagine being thrown at it. i do have one complaint. if the battery is less than 65% the sansa will not last more than 3 hours. if your a procrastinator like i that may be a problem.

Don't buy the Sansa Clip or any SanDisk products

I bought a Sandisk Sansa Clip player from Best Buy at the beginning of 2009, and the volume control stopped working at the end of September. It was still under warranty then, so they replaced it, and I was reasonably happy. Now, eight months later, the unit has the very same problem; if I push the up volume control, nothing happens. If I push the down volume button, the volume drops to 0 (you can only do that once, by the way) and the unit stops working as an mp3 player. Sandisk Technical Support says that there's nothing they can do (they don't offer a repair service or replacement parts), so I'll need to buy a new mp3 player. While this unit is very small, can clip to my shirt collar, and when working, sounds great, I can't rely on Sandisk to fix what is obviously a defect in manufacture. I recommend strongly that you avoid this product line and this company. I will. If you can recommend a small, well-built mp3 player, I'd appreciate it.

    Great MP3 - Great Price

This was present for my 17 year-old daughter. She loves it. The first few days she had it with her almost 24/7. The clip on the back made it easy to clip on to various items of clothing. The tiny earbuds it came with she liked very well also, said she could hear the music and at same time be able to hear me without my having to yell. So far it has been able to work in the speaker systems bought to go with it (like iHome's water resistant speaker). Besides the 4 gb of music that can be downloaded onto this very small yet powerful music system, you can purchase music singles or albums to insert into the card reader.

I love this thing. The battery lasts forever and it clips. Small and lite and the LDC is bright. For the $30-$70 (I got mine for $30 free ship) range, you can't beat it. I purchased 3 in this price range and this was by far the best. Only con is the FM reception. I live in a metro area so expect good reception. This unit doesn't produce great FM reception. Even outside. Could be me / my area???

The features and menus are easy to use. Kim Commando reported on her review that there would be 15 hrs of battery life, but I have not experienced over 5 hours . the fm tuner is not as sensitive as that of my old Phillips Mp3- I use the FM radio more than i play music. so that also did not meet my expectations.

I'm basing this review on my 1st player that I kept for 4 days before exchanging it for another one (same model, and brand). I fully charged the unit, as it specified. The 1st day I used it at work, it died about 3-3:30 pm. I work 8-5, and we had an off-site meeting that day, so I didn't even use it all that time. I fully charged it again, and the 2nd day, it went out about 2:30-3 pm. I wound up exchanging it on Sunday, thinking I had a defective one? I'll post another review once I see how the replacement works. FYI, I mostly listen to the radio, and I'd figure that out of a 15 hour battery life (give or take), I should at least get 8 hours of listening time before the battery runs out?? Also, reception is a little iffy. I listen to one of the strongest stations around, and with this unit, I sometimes have to move the headphone wire around to clear up the static. Whereas, I had a strong signal, with my previous player (prior to the sandisk).

I hate any product that starts with "i-", so I was on the hunt for a new MP3 player to replace a worn out one. This is a quality player for the money, and am pleased with all of its features. This is the size of an i-Pod Nano, just not as lame.

This player is perfect. It's compact, comes with the clip, it's priced cheap so you can expand memory for less if you want more. FM radio sounds clear.
