The first one wound not do a "full" NTFS format; LED would just blink. Second one(replacement); formatted fine.Somewhat faster than the USB2 drives. Excellent price for the performance/speed; purchased on sale with approx. 80% off regular retail price. Only useage will tell how durable these are.
