It is a rare problem, but can happen if the packaging line is not properly cleared between size runs. Best Buy would not correct the error, but SanDisk did. It was a hassle. Product is performing fine

It has a massive capacity and serves my needs well. The only drawback is somewhat slow performance in transferring files to and from my computer and camera.
