Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the Ultra 32GB Micro USB/USB 3.0 Flash Drive's ample storage, ease of use, and fast transfer speeds, frequently praising its compact size and compatibility with various devices. While some users noted that the drive can get warm during use and that the design could be improved, the positive feedback on storage capacity, usability, and price outweighs these concerns. The USB 3.0 functionality is also a significant plus for many customers.

For me, the micro adapter is never recognized by an Android device. I have tried 2 of these things on several devices with the SanDisk app. It just won't transfer to or from devices. However it will work fine as a 3.0 usb on my laptop. Also, the thing fell apart while plugged in. The plastic shell just fell apart. I wasn't trying to plug or unplug it at the time.

I bought this for my system backup drive. However it does not slide easily and it actually fell apart on the micro USB end of the drive. It still works but I am now going to have to buy a different drive for my backup. I am afraid to store my important information on it because it is designed poorly!

    It works... But....

It copies over fast once you can figure out to copy to it. It is way too small tho and gets super hot. I made folders in it and they show up one place and then don't in another so guess I need to plug it into my desktop to make sure these files are copying to the correct place. It would who it was copying to the flash drive. But then my phone said the phone was nearly out of space, just removed the drive and phone says those copied photos are on the phone even tho the file says "flash drive". I wish it would show up somewhere rather than me trying to figure out where it is thru my EZ File Explorer app, which you're going to need something to see it. It's just to tiny. Really afraid it will get lost. It's about 1" . It's neat that it has regular and mini usb plugs, but can't it be a little bigger with maybe a key ring or such on it? (Photo: drive next to lip balm to show how tiny it is)

Haven't really had a chance to use for file storage/transfer. I assume that will all be fine, but I was disappointed in the physical quality of the slider. Seems to be very flimsy. The opposite side of the slider knob for the full size end pushes in very easily making it look crooked when pressure is applied. It seems like it could break if you're not careful putting it into an unruly computer USB port.

This thing gets hot, and fast. When plugged into my note 5, i transferred a 2gb video. it took about 5 minutes and the thing was so hot i didn't want to use it till it cooled down. When plugged into my 3.0 laptop, it didn't get nearly as hot and transferred the video in about 2 minutes or so. If you have a case on your phone, you may need to take it off to get this thing to connect. and make sure it locks, cause if it doesn't and something touches it, it will just retract back inside and cause a lot of problems. same with e the standard USB side.

For the price, this was great. However, the mechanical slider to make the connector protrude is flimsy and I felt like it was going to break with just a few uses. I'd pass on this.

No issues with the standrd usb port but the micro sd port is too short wont fit to any smartphones with he case. In order to use the micro sd port, you would have to remoce the case. The micro usb port need to be longer.

Doesn't work with my iPhone. It only works with Android phones. But that's my fault for not reading more carefully. Going to exchange for the right one soon.

The price is good, but the flashdrive itself is flawed. The little plastic switch on the side doesnt stay put when inserting it into a usb port. It's cheaply made. I have to take a pen and press against the switch to keep it from not fully inserting it into the port. Not so great, but it gets the job done.

this product has the same issue that a lot of SanDisk USB products have: poor locking mechanism, except it's more difficult to hold this little tiny pin in place as your inserting the drive to a computer.

I bought it for a galaxy s7, problem is when trying to insert had to force into charger port twice and it collapsed back to the close position. Work great on the galaxy s6, went and got a pny 64gb on sale for 7.00 now no more problems on the s7

good item at a great price. It allows data transfer from our phone to the PC. The Sandisk app was a little tricky , but I used a 3rd party app to transfer files better

Be certain you know what you are buying. I intended to use this with an iPhone - I know they have lightning connectors and not microUSB - as the iPhone is in a Lifeproof FRE power case (has its own battery). The case 'converts' the lighting to microUSB once you install the phone. Unfortunately, the apps don't recognize this (i.e. the iOS app doesn't recognize microUSB b/c it assumes you would have a lightning connector - why not, right? - and there is no way to install the microUSB app from the Android store and run it in iOS.

I bought this to make picture transfer easier from my phone. Problem is the insert is not long enough to connect to the phone while in the mophie case. The external battery charging case is extremely difficult to remove from the phone, so I haven't been able to use this. Additionally, I didn't know I would need to download an app to my phone in order to use the flashdrive.

The app is not very robust and is not clear on how to move files. I bought it for my wife and it did not end up getting used because it was just easier to take the microSD card out and copy the files from there. If you are on vacation and need the extra room on your phone, then it can be used if you have the time to transfer the files.

when i put the center knob in middle position, it doesnt lock itself, so the USB and mini USB connections keep moving in and out (doesnt feel nice). Otherwise the product is working fine, but i really didnt like the fact that it wont lock in the middle position when both the ports are hidden inside.
