I bought the unit to store my Linux Distribution on it so if I need to access my data while traveling I can use any computer without any security problems... I had used a 16 GB USB 2.0 before but need more storage.
P.S The price was good also.....

I use these type of drive for multi-boot flash drives for repair of computers and it works pretty good for what I do. I trust SanDisk over other brands because these seem to be more reliable than some of the other brands out there

For the past few years I purchase sandisk flash drives because of their durability and reliability. Durability in terms of where the drives are placed and reliability with regard to the storage. Very satisfied with the product.

Was in need of a flash drive in order to back up some files. This was the right size for what I needed. There were several to choose from but this was the best deal.

Great price on a small size flash drive. It is nice to find a small flash drive for smaller files. It is made well and fits easily into my laptop and computer.

These are great to backup some important files, music & photos. Transfer all your analog photos to digital & store them away just in case for safe keeping.

Great flash drive at a good price. Photos, files, music--Been using it for a few weeks and it's been as goof-proof as I expected, based on my previous, always-positive experiences with SanDisk products. Grab a couple and keep a spare on hand.

flash drive provides ample room to store photos, music, videos and other files. The USB 3.0 interface and up to 80MB/sec. read speed make it easy to transfer files to and from your computer. (Ten times faster than USB 2.0

This is a good flash drive that I purchased for my son when away at school. He used it as a backup and as a vehicle for printing from the schools printers. I highly double we will ever use 32 gigs but you never want to run out.

I had need for a new USB flash drive with a larger capacity. This one has great storage size and it also has compatibility with the newer USB 3.0 technology.. I have had good experience with SanDisk in the past and this is no exception.

I normally wouldn't write a review for a flash drive, but I'm sharing my experience since I actually had one of these fail. The drive mysteriously became write protected after my first time using it. This meant that I could not copy any files to it, change its name, or format it. I looked to the internet for a solution, but none of them worked. After some digging around I discovered that this behavior is a safety feature to prevent data on the drive from being corrupted when there is some type of fault. Unfortunately, it also means that the drive is rendered practically useless. So I contacted SanDisk support to get a replacement since these do come with a 5 year warranty. Customer service was good and although the RMA process was pretty lengthy and tedious, I did manage to get a replacement in under a month. All this being said, it's pretty unlikely that you will ever have a drive fail on you like this, but it's nice to know that SanDisk will most likely have your back as long as you're patient. Other than that, it's a great flash drive and works just as you'd expect.
