Purchased this item recently for use with a new laptop that has USB 3.0 ports. The transfer speed when using with USB 3.0 is outstanding compared to the old USB 2.0. With the price of flash storage becoming so reasonable it is definitely worth while to pay the few extra dollars for USB 3.0 as this is becoming the standard on newer laptops.

Super fast for DJ boards. I use it on rekordbox and it downloads my music way faster than any other USB

I used this to store some pictures on. It's reliable and works well. A good back up to my back-up external drive, and easily portable for showing and sharing pictures.

This thumb drive was purchased to use as a storage device for pictures of preparation for a wedding, the rehearsal and dinner afterwards, the wedding and the reception. There was plenty of storage available, and the thumb drive was very easy to use to store the picture files in their original format and size.

The SanDisk Ultra 32GB 3.0 quickly copied all the data from old Dell Inspirion to my new Inspirion within a few minutes. Cost was $6.99 compared to the $189.00 Best Buy wanted to do the exact same thing. I'm not good at Tech but the SanDisk gave step by step instructions to collect & transfer data. Very good product.

To me, this is the right to have at home and in your pocket. It's not too big so that it would be bulky, and it's not too small, so that it would be hard to find, as I have experienced finding my smaller USB drives in drawers. It's also great to have for a key chain attachment for your pocket, so one will have it available anytime and anywhere. I thank SanDisk for making this size flash drive.

Good price for what you need. Used it to update bios and install windows on my new pc. Will probably use it in the future to store any files and photos. Something to always have just in case

I bought a new laptop so bought a new flash drive. I bought it to back up my pictures and personal data and prefer this model to my prior one which had a cover which ended up breaking off. This one has a toggle that slides the end piece into and out of the housing.

These are functional and have the advertised capacity but speeds you'll experience are WAY below advertised its rare to see these with peak burst transfer rates above 90mbs but at the price i cant complain

$12 and very fast. For that price it is simply not worth bothering with USB 2.0 cards anymore. I also like the design of the plug protector. It lets you lock the handle so you can easily apply reasonable pressure to plug in the drive. The older SanDisc sliding sleeves made insertion a challenging especially in tight spaces.

32 gb thumb drive works great! Fits all the pics and data I needed it to.

Based on friends and review recommendations, bought Sandisk flash drives for the first time - not disappointed at all. Much faster than 2.0 flash drives. This will be used to for school papers, projects, etc... Bought this when it was on sale. Remember that 3.0 flashdrives are backwards compatible with usb 2.0 ports.

Perfect OS backup stick. I used this for a new computer build and loaded Windows 10 ISO on it. Was able to install Windows 10 in under 7 min with new setup. Great to just have laying around in case you need to boot from USB into windows.

Purchased two of these to share some files with family members. They read and write quickly and the size was what was needed for my purposes. These are my go-to drives as they are plenty fast and seem to hold up well. They aren't too small so they are a little harder to lose than some of the tiny ones.

Like most hacks, I have many flash drives. They are so inexpensive, I use them as a file management extension, buying them for special purposes or projects. This 32Gb SanDisk is a perfect fit for my current project. I will leave it plugged into my computer from project start to project finish. It has performed flawlessly!

I was looking for a USB flash drive that had enough space to transfer files and videos and this one does everything I need. Has extra security software, but I honestly don't even use it. I've never had any issues with the SanDisk drives, and the 3.0 speed is just what I needed.
