I put this SSD in my laptop, and what a difference! I had to buy a cable to transfer my old data (extra cost), but the setup was easy.

I put this in my wifes laptop and it is so much faster now. I havent had a single problem with it and installation was extremely easy.

Love the drive, quick start ups. I do a lot of video work and this drive has enough room to keep the files of smaller video projects.

Works great in my mid 2012 MacBook Pro and my Panasonic toughbook CF-19. This hard drive reduces my start time to under 10 seconds for both my computers. I would highly recomened this hard drive for anyone who wants a much faster hard drive for daily use.

My SSD card has make my computer run at top speed. I am able to turn of the computer and then turn back on with only a blink of an eye the system is started. No more wait time to boot up. Also, I am able to do anything on my computer in record timing. I would absolutely recommend the SSD card in exchange for any hard drive on a computer.

Great SSD. It's very quick and reliable. If you are coming from a traditional hard drive this will be a night and day difference.

My hard drive was showing signs of failure, so I purchased this and used it to clone my date to it. I knew that a SSD will be faster and more reliable, but it is quieter too. It is noticeably faster during boot-up and normal operation, but I was installing a large software package that I had downloaded, and it was remarkably faster.

Got a good deal on this drive and delivers the speeds as advertised. Only had for a month so can't comment on reliability yet.

This SSD drive replaced an old Hard Drive on a system over 8 years old. The system now runs Windows 10 and boots in 7 seconds.

Setup my computer with Windows 10 and boot time is significantly reduced. You will love the benefits of a solid state drive.

I have two of these drives and they work flawlessly. Definitely recommend upgrading if you are still using a spinning disk.

I noticed that my 2nd gen Core i3 Mac Mini and 4th gen Core i3 HP laptop were slowing waaaay down with the latest version of the respective OS' installed on them, specifically they were spending an inordinate amount of time accessing their hard drives. Experienced showed that this was a clue that replacing the hard drives with SSD's would likely dramatically boost the performance, so i looked around at the various 500 GB SSD options, and found the Sandisk SSD on sale on the Best Buy website. My prior experiences have been with intel SSD's which have been excellent so far, so I was a bit leery of switching brands, but for the price, I figured it was worth the risk. I love the ability to purchase an item from Best Buy and pick it up hours later at the customer service desk at my local store. It ensures that I won't show up and find them out of stock. So I did just that with this SSD. The Sandisk does NOT come with cloning software for Mac OS, but a web search explained how to use the archiving utility in Mac OS to clone my hard drive to the new SSD. This does require a USB-to-SATA adapter which I have. Swapping the hard drive for an SSD in a Mac Mini is not for the faint of heart or ill-equipped (tool wise). Fortunately I am quite comfortable around the innards of computers, so it just took some patience and step by step directions I found online. Here's where I found the first shortcoming of the Sandisk SSD: it's missing some mounting holes that the Mac Mini uses to secure the drive into the chassis. Since I don't move the Mac Mini around much, I crossed my fingers and secured it the best I could. Performance-wise, the drive was a huge improvement and breathed new life into my 2nd gen (Sandybridge) Mac Mini. In fact I was impressed enough that I bought a second SSD within a few days and revived a 4th gen (Haswell) i3 laptop I have. That turned the laptop from a test of patience as I waited for the disk to go unbusy to where it's fully-usable and I use it as a work laptop. Overall a great value and very good performer.

This upgrade was so easy even a cxxxman could do it. And my old laptop flies now.

This hard drive replaced the same sized drive in a laptop. The performance difference is amazing. It used to take 30-40 seconds for the laptop to boot. Now it takes about 10 seconds. Applications that took 10-15 to load and open now take a second or less. It brought better than new performance back to my old laptop.

Very quick access time Easy to install. Looked at other brands and found this to be the best value for the money spent.
