My desktop was bogged down with several years worth of gunk (kids downloading a bunch of garbage). I wanted to reset my hp desktop to factory settings but wanted it to have the latest in ssd tech so it would have some zip to it. After installing the drive and reinstalling win 7 I couldn't be more happy. I read somewhere that Samsung was better but for the price I paid I don't think I went wrong.

I am using the Ultra II 480GB Internal SATA Solid State Drive to replace the 1 TB drive in my Lenovo Edge 15. Even though I have 16 GB RAM and an i7 processor, the boot time was FOREVER. This new Ultra II 480GB Internal SATA Solid State Drive has reduced that to almost instant on. I love, love, love it. Easy to setup and use and now I have a 1 TB backup drive attached to my router.

This is an excellent product for increasing speed and performance at a minimal cost.

Installed in the store by the Samsung crew and have had no issues and the memory is now expanded so I can take all the pictures I want and never run out of space.

I work with A/V apps that require the storage/recording/loading of large files. Like most of us, I'm sure, I used conventional drives which worked most adequately depending on the drive. The move to SSD was one I'd considered for a while and finally made. It was one of the best moves I've ever made. The drives connect vie USB3 and load files extremely fast. Very pleased.

Once I got used to SSD, I returned it and wanted a larger capacity SSD. Always try to get the biggest one that fits your budget. Also, prices keep on dropping.

My MacBook wouldn't boot. Took it to Geek Squad and found out I needed to replace my hard drive due to a hardware issue. Got a crash course of why a solid state drive upgrade was best. Found a San Disk Ultra II with excellent reviews on Amazon but was able to get it same day same price in store with a price match. Made it quicker to get my laptop back. MacBook moves better than new now.

The drive installed easily in my 13" 2011 MacBook Pro. Runs great and fast.

This SSD drive is the boot and application drive for my new DIY Windows 10 Pro system. Boot times are in the 8-10 second range and read and write times are very good. No problem with installation, integration or performance over the two months it has been up and running.

My Dell all in one hard drive crashed after less than 2 years and of course they don't back it up with a replacement so I had to get a replacement. Geek Squad recommended the SSD instead of moving parts in the old hard drives. Expensive but it is working great. Could have gotten more old school hard drive memory for less money but I think this will be worth it.

Works as advertised. No problems so far, fast enough for everyday tasks

I have only had this for 3 weeks now but it speed my boot time on my Linux machine from around 3.5 to 4 min to around 50 seconds! It boots so fast now that I have to figure out how to make some programs wait to start until the TV tuners are ready for use... I will be getting at least 2 more of these for a couple of laptops I use on a daily basis!
