Second I saw this I had to get it. Especially for the Black Friday price. So heartwarming and clever old movies will never not hold a place in my heart.

We grew up watching Santa Claus is Comin' to Town on TV every year so getting this on DVD was very exciting. We enjoyed the show as much as we did when we were kids! The special features are excellent! Learning about stop motion animation was fascinating along with the history of how the show was made. We had no idea how much work went into making these programs!

I was born in 1970's and these Christmas "Claymation" shows were all I can vividly remember from my childhood during Christmas time...I have watched these almost every year since and it always reminds me of my childhood Christmas with my family....These movies always bring back sweet fond memories! truly worth owning!

I prefer the Frosty the Snowman and Rudolph by Rankin & Bass but this special is pretty good. I prefer Santa old I guess that's my mine objection that and the whole robin hood angle and the audio commentary commenting as such.

When I was a child I remember watching this Christmas special every year.Now that I'm older, I enjoy the movie even more. The messages in the storyline can be enjoyed over and over again. I recommend the movie for the kid in all of us.

was soo glad to find this on Bluray!! i have the VHS tape and it was getting so old i was getting scared to watch it for the chance of it breaking! this was an awesome find and you cant put a price on classics!

Santa Claus is comin to Town is one of Rankin & Bass' Christmas specials telling the story of Santa Clause of who he is and how he came to be. It is a classic Christmas tale for the entire family to watch.

Best Christmas DVD ever. Everybody loves Santa Claus coming to town and this Christmas DVD was just the way I remembered it before we ever had DVDs. Great purchase for the holidays.

Such a Christmas classic! We added this to our elf basket and dropped it off to a random neighbor! I’m sure they loved as much as we do!

One more to add to the collection moving our viewing from VHS to Blu Ray. The remastering makes the picture much more vivid and crisp.

Got it for just a couple dollars around Black Friday. Other films can be considered better and liking old stop-motion animation like this can vary but if you want to capture childhood nostalgia or pass it on, not a bad way to spend an evening.
