The directions were clear and easy to follow. The TV part was easy to attach to the TV and the wall part was easy to mount on the wall. Mating the TV mount and the wall mount was a little tricky and would probably be easier if done by 3 people instead of 2. The swivel and tilt functions work very well.

Holds my Samsung 60" TV great. My framing studs in my wall were not centered making the bracket have to sit far left of where my tv wanted to be centered but due to the brackets adjustable arm location I was able to center up my TV with some proper measurements and math. Due to the size of my TV it still hid the bracket and it can only be seen if the TV is fully extended and rotated to allowed viewing. Mount works great cause we have a very deep TV well and without it would make viewing the TV from the kitchen impossible. It also helps bring the TV closer when watching a 3D movie, making it more enjoyable

We have three mounts; one in the living room, one in the family room and one on the patio. The brackets are all interchangeable. Multiple positions are great to have with our televisions. Impressed with how beefy they are.

I got this wall mount to hold up my 60" flat screen. It's only been in use for a couple of weeks now, but so far so good. It's definitely a pricey piece; if it wasn't a gift, I probably wouldn't have spent the money on my own.

The Geek squad installed the product. We enjoy the flexability to move the screen to desired positions ie to watch food shows and prepare the receipe in real time.

Nice, heavy duty mount. Definitely on the pricier side. I would possibly consider looking at other stores. I bought this on short notice along with the new tv for my parents. One you get the mount onto the wall, and you have the part of the mount that's connected to the tv, you're expected to lift the tv up and place it into the arm of the mount attached to the wall. I have an LED which is considered light for a 60inch tv, but even then so it was difficult to get it up.

My 55" tv is for the corner in my living room. This wall mount fits the tv perfectly in the corner and comes out enough to swivel or tilt the tv however I want to view it best from my couch.

This mount is high priced yet doesn't give you the mounting flexibility you should have for the price. They made some huge assumptions that you will have wall studs that line up on their positioning of the vertical bars. Why they couldn't simply drill some additional slots in the horizontal bars to provide some flexibility I'm not sure. In the end - I had to do that.

Great Heavy duty mount that is easy to install but when the TV is installed it is a little difficult to move around because of the weight of the TV

These work great in our classroom makes our tv very flexible as to its location and visibility.

Great product, can actually easily get to the back of the TV and wonderful to angle TV to see it from anywhere in the room. Wish I would have got this one for my other TV.

Easy to hang on wall and mount tv on. Very sturdy so you can swivel and tilt and it extends out quite far! Love it.

Kinda of weird directions say to use hand tools. Othern that it awesome, looks marvelous and it can defiantly hold more than the weight of my TV. Happy Camper!

As a first timer to flat screen TV's, this wall mount was very easy to put together and install.

I love this purchase best thing ever. If I could I would get it for all of the TVs in my home. Easy to install worth every penny.

This is a very sturdy mount and alleviates any worry I may have that my expensive TV is going to accidentally fall to the floor. The mount makes it very easy to adjust the TV for various viewing angles in a large room, easier viewing positions for large groups, and surprisingly positions the TV such that children's finger prints and curiosity when lacking adult supervision is not a problem, two advantages I did not consider when buying the mount but which I have come to appreciate.

Thanks to the sales person, this tilt and swivel wall mount is what we needed for our TV on the wall/fireplace space .
