Just as advertised. Good quality parts and easy to install! One minor point: the opening for HDMI cables is far more generous at the top outlet than at the bottom outlet. Not a big problem, just something to be aware of. I have two HDMI's attached to the TV, no problem but it is a little tighter at the lower outlet. This is due to the size of the "cup" on the lower outlet through which you have to run the cable.

I bought a couple of these and held my breath thinking it was going to be difficult to install. But it was actually really simple and came with a tool to help run the wires. Best in it's class in my opinion.

This easy to install product is a great way to hide the messy wires from your entertainment center to your wall mounted table. Have two of them.

Easy to install and does a great job hiding the power cable and hdmi and ethernet cables. It comes with it's own power cable that snakes down inside the wall.

Was replacing my 10 year old LG 42" Plasma TV in my bedroom with a new 48" Insignia LED TV. The previous installers had cut 2 1/2" holes in my wall to route the many A/V cables (pre-HDMI). I was only needing Power and (2) HDMI cables for my new LED TV. However, my old LG had an extra long power cable to go directly to my A/V Surge Protector. The Insignia did not. I needed to get power up behind my new TV. After much research, I decided on the Legrand In-Wall TV Power Cable Strap Kit. And, I decided to install it myself. A stud finder showed that the existing holes were between studs. So, I centered my cutting outlines on the existing holes to consume them and leave behind a clean look. The use of the instruction card as the cutting outline for the large upper recessed box worked great. However, I almost made a BIG mistake when tracing the cuttling outline for the lower receptacle. My first trace was of the outline of the receptacle mount. But, that is the outside line of the mounting flange. Wrong! I realized that I had to trace the notches on all four sides then use my level to extend the lines horizontally and vertically to create my cutting outline box. With the correct cutting outline boxes, cutting the wall went smoothly using a hand drywall saw. But, another complication. There was a plumbing PVC tube running horizontally in the wall about 4" above my lower receptacle. There was room to push A/V cables past it but not for the large power outlet connector that dangles beneath the upper box and mounts to the lower receptacle. I had to take apart the outlet receptacle in the upper box, disconnecting the power cable that attached to it. I taped the wire ends together then passed it up behind the wall from the lower receptacle cutout to the upper wall cutout. I then re-attached the power cable to the upper receptacle outlet. My final 'MaGyver' moment was having to disassemble two wire hangers, join them together then use them to pull my (2) HDMI cables from the top cutout through the bottom. With my cables now passed through, I routed them through the cable openings in the top and bottom receptacles before mounting the receptacles and faceplates above and below. FYI, there are two types of screws to use with the lower receptacle. Use the smaller head screws to attach the power cable connector to the back of the lower receptacle. Use the larger head screws for the faceplate. Total time to install, including two 30 min breaks, was about 4 hours. But, now that I know what to do, I could probably do it in half the time. And, if there are no obstructions in the wall to impede cables and connectors from passing from top to bottom, I could see how one could complete it in an hour. No real pictures provided. End product looks just like what's on the box, except my top box is between my existing TV wall mount. It works great and I'm very happy with the selection of this product and end result.

Very good quality product took almost no time to install all you need is a stud finder a drywall saw and screwdriver and you are good to go

Good solution for in wall power to the TV. The benefit of a device like this is that since it has a male adapter to feed it, you can protect the TV with a power strip or battery backup UPS much more easily.

When I purchased the TV, I didn't want the cables exposed. Come to find out, the Geek Squad had all the tools and parts to make sure that didn't happen. One of the parts was the Legrand In-Wall TV Power Kit. This required them cutting into the wall right behind the TV so you wouldn't be able to see it. It fits flush to the wall, built in. So, buy the power kit and do it right.

MAKES FOR A MUCH CLEANER INSTALL AND APPEARANCE. I WOULD RECOMMEND USING IT.

This product is a great solution for someone that doesn't have any wiring experience. It solves the problem of ugly dangling cords without messing with re-wiring your outlets. The contents of this package can easily be purchased for less, but it's a convenience to have them all in one package and know you're not missing anything. The instructions were great and it was relatively easy to install.
