All the parts were included, just arranged sloppily in a dirty box. Unfortunately, I found that the distance between drywall and outer block wall was very shallow. So I had to cut down the angular portion, lower bracket and power cord rubber (nothing exposed) to make it work. Turned out pretty good and sturdy with no visible cables below the TV, which was the point in purchasing. There are low profile kits available for such installations like mine, but more expensive. I took a shot at a DIY hack instead of returning and it worked out.
