    This was suggested to me on Best Buy website as a package with my mount and TV and then they wouldn’t let me return it within 30 days even though it was unusable during mount appointment.

    I returned the product because I didn't need it. The installer explained it and i was on with that. I'm not sure what it was for. It's not that i wouldn't recommend the item it's just that i didn't use it.

    Wasted purchase. Best Buy contractor obviously didn’t want to bother installing this. Said it wouldn’t be needed for large tv, since it was being mounted above a dresser. Said would be better used on a smaller tv I was also having mounted. Then when mounting the smaller said, oh the box is too big and would be visible. I got screwed!
