    Unfortunately I had to return this ad my walls are plaster and the install guy said that the product wouldn’t stay or it could chip my wall to the point it would damage my wall

    There is very little room behind my plaster wall and the outside brick, so this item was not needed and the installer took another route (conduit). That looks fine too and I took this kit back to BB and received a refund.

    Pretty slick and very quick to install! The only thing that slowed me down was the wires getting hung on other things in the wall- not a product issue. The templates and such made this very easy. Obviously there are situations where you would want one hardwired, not just coming out and then being plugged in lower down the wall. In my case, this was perfect (all comes out and plugs in behind furniture).
