Pulled up to the car audio garage was met by Marty, I stated my car battery install gone wrong at a local auto parts store and my Best Buy stereo wasn't working. Marty was on it followed by Jason. Both quickly resolved the issue with troubleshooting, two fuses & an electrical distribution block and quickly re installed the stereo back into the dash console. (the stereo was removed by a professional autoshop searching for the source of the smoked interior after the car battery gone wrong) Thanks to Jason and Marty, I was listening to tunes in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend the Best Buy team.

Awesome crew! Diagnosed the issue of my past stereo setup rather quickly, got the new one installed and sounding fantastic. Very quick turnaround for a not so simple upgrade.

I had Best Buy Mueller in Austin install a new Kenwood head unit, XM tuner and backup camera. It all looked good at first. I ended up returning the head unit as there was a constant glare on the screen during the daytime. When I went to uninstall it, there was only one single machine screw holding in a large dash panel in my Tundra. There were four more fasteners that were just missing. Two are very obvious, and two other screws are hard to get to and screwed in at an angle above the cup holder. However, this should be simple stuff for a certified installer. Now I have to try to find new bolts/screws of the right size. Will probably just go to Toyota and pay and arm and a leg. First pic shows the every obvious bolts that were missing, the other shows where the angle screws go to hold the whole cupholder assembly in. Shoddy work.

I HAD A RADIO AND SPEAKERS INSTALLED IN OUR JEEP. OTHER THEN THE UNIVERSAL MOUNTING FACE NOT SITTING ABSOLUTELY FLUSH IN THE DASH.......I WOULD SAY IT WAS A SUCCESSFUL INSTALL. EVERYTHING WORKS LIKE IT SHOULD.

The installer was excellent. He went above and beyond and had it done within less than 30 minutes. I would definitely use their installation services again for any of my audio video car needs. Ross was excellent, very knowledgeable and very nice. He got the job done quickly and he got it done, right!

This particular review does not reflect the technician at the Palmdale store, which did a great job. The review will be about the customer service for the calling center. They are not knowledgeable about mostly any products as specific questions they can answer them. They want to charge you ahead of time before any service has been done performed. I think that is a big mistake. Pay for a service that you don’t know if it’s going to be done correctly, that is a bad business practice

I had a dashcam installed and it was a great experience, but I only wish that I was informed that the parking mode for the dash cam is only available if I had a specific wiring harness, which is very difficult to find. At the time of purchase noone told me that.

After a horrible experience with the install at my local Best Buy, Covid hit. Take the pandemic out of the equation because that’s life, the $ I spent to upgrade a horrible Jeep JKU stereo, the items bought from the experienced sales person which only worked for 9 days because the items weren’t compatible so of course my trusted sales guy took me for a fool because why would the customer expect the 1K dropped work properly and then the 1 year installation fee for further jobs all for naught....then Covid eases up and I have Best Buy’s managers tell me they can’t help me because they don’t have techs, installers anymore, they didn’t give a bleep Even after they told me nobody in Best Buy land can help me I drove by another Best Buy and just seeing the company name hyped me up and ready to blow I walked in and the installers at Marlboro Solomon Pond Mall weren’t dead like I was told and he not only got me the right gear, reinstalled it did an excellent job like a boss I jus looked for his name he gave me a business card but I can’t find it otherwise the dude would be hearing his name for all a Best Buy land as I am truly grateful that not all people are phonies Mike Devine was his name someone honor his honest work please

I am so happy that I went through Best Buy’s car audio installation team, they really went above and beyond. Alicia is a miracle worker, what she did with my hacked up Camry’s stereo wires is a work of art. Ive had 3 different people work on my car and Alicia put them all to shame. I took a picture of her work and sent it to all 3 of the guys who have worked on my car audio (god bless them, they’re all good friends who were just trying to help) and all 3 of them were VERY IMPRESSED! Usually I find that anyone that helps with car repairs of any kind will insult anyone else who has worked on your car but no one had anything but praise for Alicia’s work. She really is an asset to Best Buy, in fact I plan on getting speakers installed in the next few weeks and I will be asking for Alicia to do my installation. I’m not a rich person, I drive a 2002 Toyota Camry and I’m sure they have people installing systems that are worth thousands every day at that Best Buy, but I felt like I was treated with the same respect as any other customer. I can’t praise Clearwater Best Buy and Alicia enough for all they’ve done, god bless!!!

Installation with the Geek Squad was easy. The guys told me what additional parts were needed and then set up a date for install. Installation was smooth and everything works great. It was nice getting free installation for my stereo.

the stereo installers worked fast and it is perfect!

I had a back up camera and a blue tooth/radio system installed in my 2007 dodge 1500 mega cab. The install took a little longer than expected but it was worth the wait. The back up camera has clear reception and makes it much easier to back up my large pickup. The blue tooth system is excellent and very easy to use.

Very professional and great work looks very clean and works great this was a new stereo installation for my car only took them about an hour an a half to do the work but the waiting for an appointment was very long almost three weeks to get in
