Great knives

My wife made a comment about how easy it was to cut an onion. I know the white plastic tips are used for shipping, but I like to use them still to protect the tips of the knives and the block while putting away. 1 of the white tips was missing, I emailed the manufacturer of my unusual request for another tip and, with same day response, they are mailing me a new one.

Fantastic knife set

Block is very nice and easy to use. Keep in mind the handle is steel so the grip is very different compared to wood or composite handles. Overall though the blades are sharp, and the set is nice.

They are stylish, highly functional, and the block takes up little space. I bought these as a Christmas gift for our household, and am so happy I hit that purchase button.
