The only bad news is that the paring knife chipped within 2 weeks of minimal use. The good news is I contacted Schmidt Brothers directly and had it replaced immediately. Great customer service. I would recommend this set!

I have other metal products that are tinted and stained. These are coated with color that chips off. One of the knives was chipped straight out of the box and continued to peel. I really wanted to like this set and couldn’t bear to keep them knowing they could chip off into food.
