After a year the black has peeled away from the steel revealing just how cheap they are and not to mention the toxicity of having metal flakes in your food. The knives dulled early on and aren't worth having sharpened because more black paint will just chip away. Very disappointed.

I think they sent me a used set as it was missing one of the knives, and I unfortunately had to return it.
