Best Buy is not the place to buy this
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a exercise equipment from Best Buy and their website said the item was in stock and I was able to purchase it but the day of delivery, they called me saying the item was damaged and could not be delivered so I rescheduled for next week and AGAIN the day of delivery I receive a message that I need to reschedule so I called and was on the phone all morning transfer here and there and now their excuse is the item is not in stock in any warehouse, the WHY you took MY MONEY and said it was IN STOCK when it was not!!. I found the item somewhere else at a much cheaper price. They could have said at first item out of stock or they could have notified me at least 48 hours in advance that the item indeed was out of stock and the lied on their website and charged me for a item they never had available. The rate is not about the bike is about the store Best Buy and their lies. I found this bike somewhere else at a much cheaper price. Do not buy it from Best Buy if you do not want to wait forever and be lied to because that is what they do. I also purchased a refrigerator before and they made me wait and my entire family were without of that item and had to go out to eat everyday unable to get groceries because no place to put it. Refrigerator arrived a a much later date, This is how Best Buy operates very poorly!
I would recommend this to a friendWaste of time for the elderly.
