Best Buy associate did a nice job, but it did take 3 attempts. On the 3rd attempt he did not use the screen template and free-handed it. 1 point off rating because the final install has no bubbles, but is slightly crooked (which causes some light infiltration in the lower LH corner of the screen). Can live with the crookedness for an otherwise flawless installation.

I keep my iPhones longer than most, and I want to protect them. Quality Screen Protection is key. A quality screen costs more than many of the ordinary screens you find elsewhere at a lower cost. You get what you pay for. I do drop my phone and have had no consequences. If I should crack the screen, Best Buy has me covered. A quality screen (and case) kept my phone safe when I dropped it on the road (face down) where it was run over a few times before I located it.

My wife’s iPhone 14 needed a screen replacement. We went to BestBuy and we were helped right away at a reasonable price. The guy who helped us was super friendly and did his best to help us out. At the end, we left the store with a new iPhone screen protector and a case protector. I would go there again if I’d have a similar issue with my phone.

Absolutely love buying and having best buy install my screen protectors. Very few issues but if there are any they, no questions asked, replace them. A few times i was gonna buy but the said nope, under waranty and replaced.

Hello Best Buy to install it for you that way if there's any problems they will give you a new one and they will reinstall it for you.

I am a perfectionist and never want to put on my own screen protectors. When I got a new phone, I went to Best Buy to buy a new screen protector and pay someone to put it on. In my opinion, I would rather them try and if they screw up, they can take another item off the shelf at no cost to me. If I screw up, I am out another $60. Plus they are practiced and it came out perfect.

Hands down, the best place to purchase a screen protector for any phone. The Geek Squad installs the screen protector and does a great job every time.

My niece recommended the service - yes, it sounds pretty easy to do yourself - just put a film (ZAGG InvisibleShield screen) on the phone and add the OtterBox - but I'm very glad that I had an employee do it for me. It's not as easy as it looks; I'm pretty sure I'd have messed something up and gotten upset... The employee was very skilled and careful and it was worthwhile.

This installation service is worth it! No frustrating home installation of my screen protector. Always installed straight, no bubbles and no dust.

They do a good job and they apply screen protectors correctly it's not Best Buy it's the company's stuff that they sell that is just not good enough and I think even Best Buy should get rid of it and get better quality stuff my phone screen started peeling off after 40 days and of course there's no free replacement or anything I'm not going to spend $50 every month basically just for a screen protector I can get three packs of them on Amazon cheaper and they last longer. But the staff here does their job very well no complaints or anything it is just the products that Best Buy sells that are making it not worth it

I dropped my new iPhone with Zagg screen protector and the screen appeared to be cracked though I hoped it was just the protector. Brought it back to Best Buy thinking I'd be waiting for a long time to get service since it was the day before Christmas. I was seen right away and immediately assured by staff that it was just the protector. Wonderful that it did it's job protecting my screen and that I had free replacement. I saw a more expensive screen protector, but they said the one I had was just as protective and it wasn't necessary to spend more money. In minutes my phone looked brand new again after they replaced the item. I was impressed with their honesty, their work and how they treated me as a valued customer even though they weren't selling me anything.

Its the best Glass screen protector ive ever purchased. The quality is exceptional and fits very well with my phone case. And its the best option for security and protection, so purchase the protection plan for security is a win win. In my opinion.
