I really enjoy that I can get support with putting on the screen properly and safely. I'm a clumsy person, so I break my phone alot. Very helpful to have a service to further protect it with the protector.

years ago Apple Store recommended I get a cover from you for my new iPhone 13 I did, 2.5 years later I BROKE IT went in to get a new one and had already discarded my broken one the sales person asked where I got it and I said slo, ca, he checked and said it was warranted, and replaced it no charge that was excellent service I hadn't even asked for a warranty.

I had seen a YouTube video of the instillation of a screen protector, I'm so glad the Best Buy agent agreed to install it for me. He did a perfect job. It looks great and my worries about damaging my new screen are a thing of the past!

Good product, well installed. Thank heavens that the package includes 3 screen savers, since my "new" phone (not bought from Best Buy), did totally less that 2 wks. after purchase, so needed the 3rd saver for use on the replacement. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Every time that I have had to come in to get my screen protector, replaced due a cracked screen the geek squad guys that are at the counter are always helpful. Friendly makes the install of my screen protector quick easy with no problem or issues with the replacement.

I have used this service in the past and no matter how careful you are, accidents do happen. Good quality screen protectors have come up in price over the years, although sometimes you can get a deal with a corresponding phone purchase or other similar items. I would recommend having the added protection or warranty for those always on the go, when using for or during work, etc. Don’t risk waiting around or leaving your phone screen exposed to cracks, scratches or even an unpleasant and damaged screen protector.

Employee was patient and kind. Didn't rush applying it. Looks good and can't even tell has a screen protector unless you look closely. No bubbles or creases in applying it.
