They do a good job of it, but I was told originally that if I paid the 7.99 that it was lifetime installation. But it’s a one time you do get your screen protectors replaced, but you have to put them on yourself and pay another 7.99 if they crack. That’s the only reason why I paid for it the first place.

I purchased a screen protector for my phone. The additional cost to have them put it on was well worth the price. It was finished quickly and looks perfect. My last phone had the same screen protection, and survived several second story falls, with only minor cracks to the screen protector. I would highly recommend purchasing a screen protector and a good case for your phone.

The quality of the screen is good. Always had it on my iPhones and my wife's too.

They do a good job and they apply screen protectors correctly it's not Best Buy it's the company's stuff that they sell that is just not good enough and I think even Best Buy should get rid of it and get better quality stuff my phone screen started peeling off after 40 days and of course there's no free replacement or anything I'm not going to spend $50 every month basically just for a screen protector I can get three packs of them on Amazon cheaper and they last longer. But the staff here does their job very well no complaints or anything it is just the products that Best Buy sells that are making it not worth it

Excellent product zag screen protector. The only thing in Best Buy charge $8 for installation is little bit high.

I am a perfectionist and never want to put on my own screen protectors. When I got a new phone, I went to Best Buy to buy a new screen protector and pay someone to put it on. In my opinion, I would rather them try and if they screw up, they can take another item off the shelf at no cost to me. If I screw up, I am out another $60. Plus they are practiced and it came out perfect.

My wife’s iPhone 14 needed a screen replacement. We went to BestBuy and we were helped right away at a reasonable price. The guy who helped us was super friendly and did his best to help us out. At the end, we left the store with a new iPhone screen protector and a case protector. I would go there again if I’d have a similar issue with my phone.

The screen protection sheet is kind of unpleasantly expensive, but I suppose when you factor in the protection it provides over several years the cost is bearable. Things have improved since the last time I got a screen protector sheet and the fit was perfect the first time around.

I’m glad the store told me about the Armour shield. The screen is great and they warranty it right in the store. All I had to do was take my phone up there and they replaced it since it got cracked.

the glass shield is great. You can not even notice that the shield is on the phone. I have dropped the phone many times and it still looks the same

I like the protection I get from scratches or cracks on my phone. It fits perfect and a sales associate will install it for you if needed. It’s easy to wipe clean and keeps you phones looking new.

The screen replacement service provided by Best Buy is wonderful. Both my daughter and I needed to have our iphone screen protector replaced, The Best Buy quicly replaced both screen protectors and we were on our way. Love haveing a Best Buy so close to home and that they provide this service.

Screen protector accessory is fantastic. I don't have to worry about issues with my screen because I am in good hands.
