Good product, well installed. Thank heavens that the package includes 3 screen savers, since my "new" phone (not bought from Best Buy), did totally less that 2 wks. after purchase, so needed the 3rd saver for use on the replacement. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Every time that I have had to come in to get my screen protector, replaced due a cracked screen the geek squad guys that are at the counter are always helpful. Friendly makes the install of my screen protector quick easy with no problem or issues with the replacement.

Glad I had the store install the shield, I would have gotten it crooked, bubbles or something. The associate had it on in about a minute perfectly, worth paying for.

service was fine in and out was quick. on the other hand i went to look at a dash cam and a marine radio with xm/sirius already set up in radio , couldn't get any one to come over to help with either one of these items they were to busy cutting up and laughing not more than 20 feet from me at the radios and nobody would help at the dash cams either . i had specific questions i needed answered. the guy that put my screen protector had 3 people waiting so i didnt bother him. i guess i will do my own research and buy the same ones i looked at from someone else. in my business a lost sale can also be a lost customer forever. without customers you have no sales and no job.the break down on review was for the service i received from the person who put my screen protector on the rest of the store was not a good experience.

i always try to install the protectors myself and alway have trouble with bubbles, the person who did mine did an incredible job, cant even tell i have a protector

My husband advised me to go somewhere else to get the screen protector for my new phone "to save some money." Big mistake. The screen protector from the other place lasted only one week and I ended up spending more money. I had to comeback to Best Buy. At Best Buy I got a really good quality screen protector and a sales associate did a really good job placing the screen protector on my phone. I am very happy with the product and the service provided.

I really enjoy that I can get support with putting on the screen properly and safely. I'm a clumsy person, so I break my phone alot. Very helpful to have a service to further protect it with the protector.

Screen protector is amazingly clear and stays super clean. Cases and screen protectors are good insurance IMO.

It is a good idea to have BestBuy install a protection shield on your iPhone, Purchase the screen and for a small fee, they will install the screen. If they mess the new screen up on install, they do not charge you for another screen protector. This had happened to me and on the second try, it was perfect! If you take the screen home and install it yourself and it gets put on incorrectly, you're out the money on your purchased screen and you will have to purchase another screen at your own cost.
