I have had to use this protection twice for my iPhone. as soon as I saw a hairline crack showing up on the screen protector. I went to my local best Buy and they removed the old one and replaced it with a new one immediately. It didn't cost anything extra and The cost of the [rotection more than covered he eventual cost of the replacement. I hardly had to wait and he screen looks good as new and I know its protected.

Very good quality and it works better than expected

The shield was installed by the salesman. There are no grains within it. It hasn't come off. Most of the time, I forget its even there. Easy to clean.

These folks install zagg shield perfectlyYes it cost a few dollars but it’s only a one time fee and combined with zagg’s replacement warranty what’s not to love. You only have to try to put the screen on once of yourself to find out it’s a little more complicated than you think plus I can go check out the TVs while they’re installing it so it’s a win-win definitely recommend having BB install your screens

The staff at the Alexandria, LA Best Buy are always very helpful. The mobile staff did an excellent job at the screen protector install. No issues.

I had previously purchased a screen saver at a telephone store, and it was so badly put on that it developed bubbles. I went to Best Buy, found the size I needed, and the person working in that area removed my old one, perfectly put on the new one, and said if this one breaks, the next time I come in, the second one is free, installation included. What a deal!!

I have a relatively expensive phone and am a contractor who works with it on my hip six days a week. The second day I noticed pits and gouges in the screen protector that came on the phone. Because of allowing best buys personell to put the upgraded protector on it's guaranteed forever simply take it in if it mars in any way. Cost $8 to get it done and have that security. ...and the upgraded protector does its job well. Not a scratch since the installation.

Great Protection! I drop the phone almost daily and it always protects the main screen. Not even scratches.

service was fine in and out was quick. on the other hand i went to look at a dash cam and a marine radio with xm/sirius already set up in radio , couldn't get any one to come over to help with either one of these items they were to busy cutting up and laughing not more than 20 feet from me at the radios and nobody would help at the dash cams either . i had specific questions i needed answered. the guy that put my screen protector had 3 people waiting so i didnt bother him. i guess i will do my own research and buy the same ones i looked at from someone else. in my business a lost sale can also be a lost customer forever. without customers you have no sales and no job.the break down on review was for the service i received from the person who put my screen protector on the rest of the store was not a good experience.

Love the screen protector and the lifetime protection for it. I’ve had to replace it many times due to dropping my phone too many times, so I’m really appreciate the surface.

I really appreciate that they put the screen protector on for you. My eyes are too old to try and get it on straight. It’s a good service for us mature adults, lol.

Yep it’s more expensive that most I’ve seen but it fits the phone perfectly and so far my screen has been well protected.

The screen is very clear and the warranty is great. I definitely will buy for other electronics
