The heavy duty screen protector has saved my phone 1000x. When the protector cracks, BB replaces free of charge. My phone screen has never cracked with this protector on. This is the one time I love the added protection. They installed it, so I didn’t have to worry about lint under the screen protector.

I have a relatively expensive phone and am a contractor who works with it on my hip six days a week. The second day I noticed pits and gouges in the screen protector that came on the phone. Because of allowing best buys personell to put the upgraded protector on it's guaranteed forever simply take it in if it mars in any way. Cost $8 to get it done and have that security. ...and the upgraded protector does its job well. Not a scratch since the installation.

The Geek Squad employee applied my new phone screen protector just perfectly - he very carefully made sure that it was placed accurately and the protective film was free of any kind of bubble or other problem. I was very pleased

The shield was installed by the salesman. There are no grains within it. It hasn't come off. Most of the time, I forget its even there. Easy to clean.

Yep it’s more expensive that most I’ve seen but it fits the phone perfectly and so far my screen has been well protected.

I received prompt installation of my screen when my phone (Galaxy S23 Ultra) was brand new. It was worth the extra dollars to get back a bubble-free screen protector. I spent $70 to purchase the Zagg screen protector, I wanted to make sure there were no errors in it's installation.

used this service, and definitely worth it. after the first install i wasnt happy, as my screen bubbled and some dust had been trapped under the screen protection during install. went back the next day and theu replaced it at no charge and reinstalled it perfectly. im one month out with my phone and the screen protection is sitting nicely with no air bubbles and peeling. im even my zagg shield with an otter box commuter case, which means they installed it spot on with any friction between the screen and case
