Very happy with the second employee

The employee lifted it and seemingly worked out all the bubbles. The next morning I saw a bubble at the edge where it had been lifted. I took it back the next day and another employee replaced it with a great technique that let the screen protector pretty much adhere by itself almost bubble-less!

I wouldn’t know about this service by my self. Very good service and very quality on the installation, I am very pleased and I recommend it.

Initially we were sent over to the Geek Squad who botched the install and told us that we don't carry the Zagg Invisible Shield screen protector, but when we went over to the mobile phone department and Michelle took care of us and flawlessly put on our screen protectors. Michelle did a fabulous job and is a asset to Best Buy
