The young lady that replaced my glass screen protector was very courteous and professional. She did a very nice job of not only replacing the glass but did it perfectly and rather quickly. I was very pleased with our interaction and service.

I’ve already used it once. I know, klutz . But I didn’t have to call the screen protector manufacturer and I didn’t have to pay for shipping or installment. I came in, said “hi, it’s broken please help” and joked with them about stuff and we were done. Flawless installment. Awesome staff (thanks to the phone dept. people in union city) and I was on my way :)

I purchased a ZAGG glass screen protector and always bring it to Best Buy for installation. Even though it is a very quick and easy process, I'm to scared to do it myself. The techs are quick and efficient and quite kind.

Excellent customer service on installation and speed

A screen protector is a "must" in my opinion to protect my investment. Best Buy's policy of replacing a screen protector if it does break (accidents do happen) is much appreciated! This one is a perfect fit. One slight drawback, tho, is if you use a fingerprint for login security on the Galaxy S21 5G, you need to press firmly to register the fingerprint through the glass.

Putting on a screen protector can be a real hassle (assuming you care about doing it right). Making sure it is properly centered, that there aren't any bubbles trapped beneath the screen, not to mention not damaging the protector and having to buy another one is enough to drive most people insane. Paying an expert to spend 30 minutes to wrestle with the screen protector and deal with the above issues was definitely worth it. I'd pay for the service again in a heartbeat.

Best Buy did an excellent job putting my screen protector on my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, I much rather have Best Buy put my screen protector on than trusting any other phone company like T-Mobile putting my screen protector on, because T-Mobile or other phone companys would just rush though it and do a poor half job on it, they would even say "Sorry we can't replace it" you mean to tell me that I spent $60 on a screen protector and you can't even return it or replace it SMH, Wow that's very unprofessional service for T-Mobile on thier part, That's why Best Buy has the best customer service and if they messed up on your screen protector, they will replace it until its 100% of your liking and best satisfaction, all you have to do is buy the Screen Protector Warranty, it will cost a little bit more, It's worth it and better than going to the T-Mobile store and having them do it, overall I would Rate five stars for their excellent service! Thank you Best Buy :)

Great screen protector. Fits well and stays in place

This product saved my wife's iPhone screen on her last iPhone so when we upgraded to new iPhone 12's we bought the Otter Box Defender and the screen saver . Our Best Buy specialist applied the screens and the Otter Box Defender casings to our new phones . He did a great job, our new phones looked great and we carried our expensive new purchases out with confidence.

Good product quality, fits perfect to my Android S20phone.

I was a little surprised that it was more of a film than glass but feels great on my phone and doesn't scratch easily.

After you've just shelled out BIG bucks for a new phone, you absolutely want to protect your investment. Yes, you can install the shield yourself. I did so on my last phone and it certainly was a less than professional job; imperfectly placed and a couple of air bubbles I couldn't get out. Yeah, it worked but it wasn't pretty. This time I splurged and paid Best Buy to install. It is flawless. Difference between $5 carwash and pro detailing. Small price to pay.

Best Buy is the BEST! I’ve had to use the geek squad several times and they are great. Everything they do is precise! I never have to wait! I’ll be back for sure . If not the geek squad I’ll be shopping at Best Buy!
